Langdale is a quaint 3 storey terrace town house dating back to the mid 18th century. The property retains many period features to include exposed beams, lintels and wooden latch doors. Updated by a popular renowned builder the property presents very attractive accommodation, which is exceptionally well maintained and deceptively spacious. Entrance to the property is via a historic studded plank door, leading into the lounge. The lounge has stone flagged flooring, window to the front and a feature fireplace with stone surround and flagged hearth. The kitchen has a range of Oak units to include a porcelain sink and half with drainer, Esse gas fired cooker and a washing machine. Window to the rear looks out onto the School field with fells beyond. There is a door to the rear leading to the passage way with access to the rubbish store and Back Lane. The kitchen has a dining space and open staircase to the first floor. On the first floor there is the house bathroom with W.C, vanity sink, bath and shower cubicle. To the front there is one double bedroom with a useful walk in wardrobe and also a single bedroom. On the top floor there is a good sized sitting room, with beautiful fell views, feature exposed stone wall and a wall mounted gas fire. There is also a spacious double bedroom on this floor with ensuite shower room and fitted wardrobe. Velux windows on this level make these two rooms lovely and bright. A lovely town house within the Dales market Town of Sedbergh, also positioned within the conservation area.

Perfect in every way!
A very impressive, beautiful cottage for our Easter stay, perfect for two couples and one baby. We walked in to a warm, homely place with a bottle of prosecco on the table and even Cute Easter decorations around the house. The location is just perfect in a stunning village with great cafes and restaurants and perfect for walks too. There are gorgeous views across the rolling hills. A huge bath to relax in. Board games in front of the (electric) fireplace. A great local
pub down the road The Dalesman for a drink in front of the fire or Sunday lunch.
Kitchen is big and well stocked with everything you need for cooking/serving/eating/drinking.
Would definitely return again.
Host Emily was also extremely helpful!

Great location for Lakes and Dales
Lovely, quirky house in a nice village
Cute town and charming house.
We had a nice stay at this house. It was a comfortable place to come back to after our day exploring the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. The town was super cute and had fun restaurants and cafes to eat at. We were even able to take a nice hike right from our house that took us into some beautiful rolling hills. We loved that the house had fast internet and netflix - it made our evenings very nice. It also had a nice selection of games.
Thank you for sharing your cute cottage with us.
Thank you for choosing to stay in our house - it was a great pleasure to have been able to provide a base for you for your stay.
Warmest regards to you all
