Located on the edge of the picturesque Forest of Dean within a wildflower meadow and walled garden you can make the most of stunning panoramic ever changing seasonal views over the River Severn to the Cotswold Hills beyond.

Situated within the grounds of a historic Grade II* Listed Manor House, Lavendrye Barn was originally the laundry barn to the main house so quirky features abound. Newly converted this luxurious accommodation has an open plan living area with exposed stonework and timbering. Great in the Summer Lavendrye Barn is equally welcoming in Winter benefitting from the warmth of a roaring log-burner on chilly nights. Funky furnishings and flagstone flooring enhance the effect.

There is a beautiful vaulted kitchen which highlights the original barn features and showcase the beautifully crafted oak and glass mezzanine bedroom above. The breathtaking views are utilized at every opportunity. Whether you chose to lie in bed drinking a morning coffee, sit on the sofa looking out of the stable door or stand on the old stone steps outside the French doors in the kitchen enjoying a glass of bubbles as the sun goes down you will truly be blown away by how very special Lavendrye Barn is.

Kitchen: Everhot Range cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, central island with a fold out top to create a table with two stools. French doors with amazing country views over the River Severn to the Cotswold Hills. Shower Room: Shower with double shower head, heated towel rail. First Floor Mezzanine Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Smart TV, panoramic views from the bed over the rolling countryside. Outside Gardens: Walled garden outside the French doors with table and chairs and a BBQ. A gate leads to the front of the barn where there is a large wild-flower meadow garden area with a pond and bench. Parking for two cars. Services Wi-Fi Heating is from Dyson fan heater, the Range and log burner.

Only a mile and a half from the village of Blakeney with a couple of local pubs ,restaurant, shop, post office and takeaway. Go Ape is 6 miles away.
