This modern 4 bedroom villa offers a fantastic panoramic view over the Algarve coast line just a short drive away. To better enjoy these views, the outdoor dining table is conveniently placed just outside the lounge windows, enabling its guests to have lunch or breakfast under the shade of the sail shade and also use the “Beefeater” BBQ just next to it to cook a tasty dinner for the family.
This villa is completely fenced and enclosed all around which provides parents and children a stress free and private environment.
In the 1st floor there’s the spacious master en-suite bedroom, which has a queen size bed and a private balcony with panoramic views. At ground floor level you also have an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with twin beds sharing one big bathroom. For those willing to explore their cooking skills there is a brand new fully equipped and bright kitchen, open space with the living room which offers comfort for the whole party and has direct access to the outdoor dining area, patio and pool area.

The garden area includes a swimming pool (heated upon request). Good looking outdoor furniture and sun loungers in which you can enjoy your favourite drinks or simply relax by the pool side.

Lovely property and location
Having never been to Portugal before we weren't sure what to expect. This property is in a gated community up on the hillside on the way to Loule. It has lavish outside area - beautiful landscaping. Plenty of sun beds and places for shade / eating. Could not fault the views and location. The house has 4 huge bedrooms and everything you need - tasteful furnishings and friendly property management. We would recommend.
250 metres above sea level, like a sentinel guarding the prestigious golf and beach developments of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, and onward to the Atlantic Ocean sits the ubiquitous gated community of Goldra. The awe inspiring panoramic views, 50kms west, east and south towards Africa can only be described as stunningly spectacular, there is no sunset like a Goldra sunset. This villa is very close to some of the best beaches in the area, all the amenities of places such as Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago – tennis, golf, horse riding, go karting, water park (Aquashow) and water sports. Restaurants/supermarkets and the local fish and vegetable markets are all easily accessible and for the more adventurous – bars and nightclubs are also located nearby.
Nearby Vale do Lobo means luxury with 2 championship golf courses, tennis centre, a variety of fine restaurants, bars, shops and stunning golden beaches. In this area entertaining children is never a problem, a wide variety of activities such as family fun mini golf, tennis centre, horse riding and many more. The location is optimal for driving to the main attractions of nearby resorts in no time while still being away from all the noise and agitation of the crowded places.

Booking Notes: • Changeover days are flexible. • The weekly price includes cleaning and changeover once a week if staying for more than a week; further cleaning and/or maid service are available as an extra, please enquire. • Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am. These hours may be flexible depending on the previous and next bookings. • All utility bills are included in the rental price for short-term lets. There are no hidden costs. • No smoking at this property. Notes on prices: 25% booking deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
