Exactly as the photos
The property was easy to find, right nearby an overground station with plenty of amenities nearby. Was everything you could ask for
Just as described, a clean flat near Chelsea with all the basics provided!
Thanks for a great London experience! Very close to the Imperial Wharf which is one stop from the District Line for further London sightseeing. Loved the Harris & Hoole coffee shop across the street from the station. Tesco Express handy for picking up a few snacks and breakfast items. A nice, quiet area near the heart of it all. We would definitely book this place again.
Great apartment, great location!
This apartment is simple and clean. There is a bus stop across the street, a gym in the complex and a convenience store a block away. Everything we wanted was steps from our door. Also , Security at the front door. Very safe. The best part was that the homeowner, Denny, went above and beyond for us. When my daughter unexpectedly flew in 2 days ahead of me, she met her at the apartment with the keys. I was so thankful since she was traveling alone. Thanks Denny! I would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time!
This flat is just amazing, clean and minimalist! it has everything you need for your holidays or long term. In a quiet neighbourhood, close to everything! Honestly I would go back for sure!
October/November 2017 16-night stay
I agree completely with two previous 5-Star Reviews.
Great location and access to transport. Two buses at the front door are part of London's amazing transport system: easy transfers to other buses or the underground/overground remove a lot of the hassle of getting around. So, too, the Overground, a 5-minute walk. Not as frequent as the Underground (the Tube), but with easy connections. My special discovery on this London trip was the River Bus, basically a commuter and tourist service up and down the Thames from Putney to Greenwich, stopping at Chelsea Wharf, an 8-minute walk from the apartment. Its commuter scheduling was a little challenging (service vanishes mid-day), but it was the perfect way to get to the West End for theatre, or further on to Canary Wharf for dinner with friends, or a day out at Greenwich. Return trips were sometimes a combination of River Bus and bus. Get an Oyster Card, put a goodly amount of money on it, and travel all over London with ease!
The apartment (7th floor) itself is minimalist, no frills, no decorations, no clutter to worry about. Two bedrooms, two double beds, ample storage, plenty of linen. Couch in living room, glass-topped work/dining table, four plastic chairs, TV with reasonable package for viewing. Well equipped kitchen - I usually bring things with me (good serrated kitchen knife, small cheese grater, even a small wooden chopping board, etc.) - not needed here! Dishwasher (I didn't use), washing machine (I did), no tumble dryer but washing dried on a rack within 24 hours. Nice-sized bathroom. All easy to keep clean. Beige carpeting helps keep the apartment quiet and warm.
Tesco Express, 3 or 4- minute walk, has the groceries and basics you should need, although there's an enormous Sainsbury's 15 minutes beautiful Thames-side walk away (or take the bus!).
Fantastic Wireless, so no problems with connecting to the Internet (on which it is simple to book theatre tickets, etc., even at the last minute).
The building has good security on the front door, as does the apartment itself. The lift/elevator is quick and efficient, and usually empty.
This was perfect for my 16-night stay. I would happily have stayed longer, and plan to do so in the future. Thank you, Denny! And thank you for your impeccable management of the entire process from booking to departure.
Apartment in Fulham/Chelsea
We loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and perfect for myself, my husband and two teenage daughters. It is in a very safe area and close to the Imperial Wharf tube station and a number of great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this listing!
