Manicombe 33 is a wonderful mid-terrace lodge situated on the Honicombe Manor Holiday Resort near Gunnislake in Cornwall. The lodge can sleep six people in three bedrooms, comprising a double and two twins as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the lodge comprises an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area as well as a cloakroom. To the outside of the lodge is roadside parking and a patio with furniture as well as shared use of the on-site leisure club. Manicombe 33 offers great accomodation in a lovely rural setting great for a good holiday at any time of the year. Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WiFi available on-site in leisure areas. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking directly outside. Patio with furniture. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May – Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. one well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site shop in reception, plus shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, the property is accessed via steps with a handrail up a sloped lawn. Note: The table is set for four but extends to seat six with two extra chairs in the bedrooms. Note: On-site leisure facilities available to guests (closed 25th December and 1st January only).
