The centre of Nueva Andalucía is located uphill from the complex where a wide variety of bars, restaurants & shops can be found, in keeping with the area’s residential surroundings.

The apartments has views towards the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara & on most days you will glimpse views of the Rock of Gibraltar & occasionally the coast of Africa can be seen from the terrace.
The walk to the sea from the complex is around 15 minutes in a direct line via a bridge walkway situated at the bottom of the slope. The nearest beach is the Mistral Beach, located next to the 5 star Guadalpin Hotel, but also within walking distance are the paying designer beach resorts of Buddha & Ocean Beach Club. If you wish to drive to the beach, it would take approximately 5 minutes & public parking is available at the Guadalpin Hotel. There are also a number of other designer beach resorts along the coast, notably Nikki Beach.
There are more than 20 international standard golf courses within easy reach by car, the nearest of those being Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos Golf Club & Magna Marbella.

The property has secure underground car parking with lift access to the ground floor & has been furnished to a good standard to comfortably accommodate 6 holiday guests.
The spacious & bright reception room is divided into separate sitting & dining areas, with both areas able to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The well equipped kitchen is located in a separate room off the hall, boasting quality appliances by Bosch, including, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave & dishwasher. There are ample work surfaces & storage cupboards. This in turn leads to a small utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board & vacuum cleaner.
A closed off hallway leads to the three bedrooms. The front bedroom is of a good size with a window onto the communal gardens, with twin beds. The rear bedroom is also a spacious room, with a double bed, and French doors opening onto the terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed ensuite bathroom and French doors opening on to the terrace.
The large communal swimming pool has a summer lifeguard, plenty of sunbeds & parasols, poolside showers & toilet facilities. There is a concierge's office located at the upper entrance of the development by the pedestrian gate which is open from 09:30 to 14:00 on Monday to Friday. They look after the day-to-day management & security of the complex.
