Torquay very easily. The property is also available for short breaks

outside the main holiday weeks. A car is essential.

The Neighbourhood ~ Chudleigh is an old wool town settled in 1309. With several pubs, shops, cafés and a rural community. There is easy car access to Dartmoor National Park and all the sites South Devon has to offer.

Getting Around ~ Buses to Exeter and Newton Abbot half hourly where direct trains run to London.

The flat is around 9 miles from Exeter along the A38 towards Plymouth. Come off at the B3344 signed-posted Chudleigh. Continue through the town; you will drive past a Spar on the left (open till 10 p.m.), then the church. Turn next left into Lawn drive.
