Perfect home away from home for both leisure and business travelers looking for style and comfort.
The airy, light and tastefully decorated apartment has an open plan living room with a Juliet balcony which allows in lots of fresh air while overlooking the city skyline. There is a fully equiped tiled kitchen with a built-in oven and hob plus a breakfast counter. It has a fridge, microwave and all the necessary crockery and cutlery to make your stay simply a breeze.
The well sized and light bedrooms have built in cupboards and comfortable beds, with fresh linen and bedding provided. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing a toilet and bathtub, while the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. Towels are provided.
The building has excellent 24 hour security, and there is a communal swimming pool with a braai (barbarque) & entertainment area - all on the roofdeck with spectacular ocean and mountain (Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Lions Head) views on the city's backdrop. Great place to relax and unwind with friends...
The apartment comes with one undercover parking bay.

The building has a 24hr security desk in the entrance lobby at ground floor. Guest's Visitors will have to sign in and can come in once intercom access has been granted by someone from within the apartment.
The apartment is conveniently situated within walking distance to the following (to mention but a few of the many highlights...)
Company Gardens, Castle of Good Hope, The Fugard Theatre, The Grand Parade, City Hall, several museums including the District Six Museum, Planetarium, Green market Square....
And for coffee, i absolutely recommend Truth Coffee. Charly's Bakery (renowned for delectable pastries) is also within walking distance.
To experience the buzzing and vibey life of the cbd, Long street is nothing short of awesome. The street is lined with many stores (clothes, books, music, craft, etc), and various ethnic restaurants and bars. It is definitey worthwhile taking a short stroll towards there.

A very beautiful place
We really enjoyed our stay here, it was super awesome. All the facilities is being provided. It's really a nice apartment to stay. I would love to stay here again.
