About Gillian

After visiting marbella for many many years, bought this apartment after falling in love with the area. I am a keen walker and have many different routes available on the doorstep. Also enjoy Pilates and tennis.

I have recently taken up sailing as a hobby and the marinas in this area are ideal.

The location and being one of four properties sharing a private garden. Being part of a community means the buildings and gardens are maintained to a high standard. Re tiled, decorated, new Windows, white goods and furniture in April 2016.

What makes this apartment unique

The view of la concha mountain, the sea in the distance and beautiful valley in front of us. Very often exclusive use of the pool. Peace and quiet a complete get away.
