Five minutes walk from Victoria Station, close to the River Thames, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, St James’s Park, Hyde Park and Chelsea.

The apartment is equipped with everything a group or a family needs to enjoy their holidays.

The apartment comprises a beautifully decorated reception room, modern kitchen with integrated appliances and granite worktops, spacious master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, second double bedroom, marble tiled main bathroom, a third double bedroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is spread over two floors, the living room, kitchen and a toilet are on the raised ground floor and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower ground floor which has plenty of natural light.

The apartment has an outside patio as well.

Everything was exactly as Erik described, and we (my friend and I) found it all to be perfect. The flat is spread over two levels; the first is the main area with living room and kitchen, the second has the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first level is flooded with natural light from huge windows, just as shown in the picture. The bedrooms are both roomy and comfortable; one facing the street and one facing the rear. Each has their own bathroom, thoughtfully supplied with shampoo and shower gel and (amazing) a hot towel warmer. The area was great: 5 minute walk to Victoria station and even shorter to various bus lines. We wound up using every conceivable type of transport while there (double decker bus, tube, cab, Uber) and this location was very convenient to our destinations all over the city. Erik was an exceptional host. He was gracious about being flexible with our check-in and check-out (I landed late morning from the US and I asked if I could just drop my luggage, but he allowed me to actually check in a little after noon, then, we wanted to tour the morning of our departure and leave our luggage discreetly in a corner and he allowed us to leave early afternoon). We had a minor issue with getting on the wifi and he responded immediately with a solution. He recommended local pubs and businesses; we tried two of these (Cask and The Queens Arms) and loved them both. It was phenomenal (especially for two girls unfamiliar with the city) to be able to walk a couple of minutes to a great meal and drink, and to feel safe whilst doing so. So grateful to Erik for sharing his lovely home with us; we'd both happily return in the future!

Clean and Bright

This quite location, made a great base for us to explore London. Perfect size for a family of four which included two adult children. The space was very clean and bright even though the bedrooms were below street level. Erik was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early even though we booked at the last minute.

Erik was very quick to reply to any queries and very friendly/helpful. Really warm and clean/comfortable accommodation in quiet location but just short walk from Victoria. Perfect for us. Ideal for four people. May be a bit tighter for six in the lounge but wasn’t an issue for us!!

Great location!

Erik was very easy to deal with and always prompt answering any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and the flat was perfect for our group. It snowed while we were there and the heater worked well, we were never cold. Nice large refrigerator. We will definitely refer this flat to family and friends.
