The Space • This spacious 3 story, 3 bedroom house is very unique as it offers luxury contemporary design just a stones throw away from central London. Situated on a safe popular street.

The house has been recently renovated, comfortably furnished and decorated.

There are 3 double bedrooms (1 Super Kingsize and 2 Kingsize) which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

On the ground floor has a luxurious dinning room with a large dining table to accommodate 8 people, perfect for dinner parties. There is also the first of two family bathroom's in the property, complete with bath, shower, WC and stunning fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your catering needs along with access to the large garden area with a calming zen feel, seating areas and stunning light features to enjoy all year round.

On the first floor is a comfortable lounge with a 63inch flat screen TV (Netflix Subscription, full SKY TV Package including Now TV, Movies & Sports) for all guests to relax and enjoy.

The master bedroom has a luxurious four poster oak wooden bed and is a super king size.

On the second floor is a breathtaking master bathroom suite, situated at the top of the house it delivers stunning views which can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the high Quality roll top bath.

This bathroom has been created with the intention of a "pure bliss" experience in mind.

The second and third double bedroom is also on this floor with king size beds, fresh furnishings & uplifting decor.

Guest Access • Guests will have private access to the whole house and all amenities.

Interaction with guests • We will not be present during your stay. Guests will be welcomed into the property and shown everything that they need to know and then left to enjoy their stay.

The neighbourhood • The house is in a fantastic location just a short walk from trendy Camden Market with a busy high street full of excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops and unique boutiques. In the evening it comes alive with it's vibrant nightlife, plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs to choose from.

Getting around •

Access to Eurostar (Kings cross, St Pancras), just 7 minutes walk to or from our house!

Closest Tube Stations are Mornington Crescent (5 mins walk) & Camden Town (8 mins walk)

Closest train station is Camden Road

About The Owner

The Royal Townhouse is my latest renovation project in London. It was once my family home which myself, my wife and children spent many happy years.

As we now live between this home and our home in Ibiza we decided that it was the perfect time to share this stunning property with the world and we are certain all of our guests will love it as much as we do.

It gives us great joy to be able to offer such a delightful house which is located extremely close to major attractions of London, at the same time being a comfortable and quiet place for relaxation and fun.

Kay, my niece manages our day to day reservations and maintenance of the house. She is always available to assist our guests 24/7.

Where do you live?

Great house, good location

The house is in a great location with good transport links and walking distance from Kings Cross. The house is full of character with a modern twist and very homely. It is well equip particularly the kitchen, although extra bedding wouldn't go amiss. The lounge is large, comfortable and the perfect place to relax. We didn't find the number of stairs a problem even with one of our party having limited mobility. Kay and Paul were very helpful, engaging and quick to respond. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Family Home

My time spent at this home was amazing with my family of 7, with the youngest sleeping in a travel cot which was provided by the owner. The home is situated in within walking distance of the grocery stores, British pubs, shopping areas, fast food and the tube. It is located in an amazing part of London that is close to all major tourist destinations and places of interest to explore. Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home and made the trip to London a million times better. The host was friendly and accommodating going out of there way the whole time to ensure that we were happy and comfortable.

Good house but missed amenities as towels, extra sheets and too many floors.

House was clean and had the three bedrooms but were distributed in 4 floors including the master bedroom that had the bathroom in the lower level. We had enough space in the house but everyone was completed capable to walk up and down the stairs, anyone with mobility issues could not stay there.

Excellent property, excellent hosts.

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul's property.

Location was excellent. Close to underground and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants etc.

The townhouse is charming and clean. It is equipped with all modern amenities. There is a lovely garden in the back.

The host and his niece Kay went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The master bedroom welcomed us with fresh long stemmed gladiolus flowers. They were pretty and made my day. The fridge and pantry had everything you will need to get you situated - tea, coffee, milk, eggs and ice-cream. Kay even did some shopping for us and stocked the fridge with our favorites which I really appreciated because we were traveling with our children. We checked in late at night and Kay was there to receive us. Next morning we slept in since we were jet lagged and it was nice to wake up to a kitchen which had everything we needed.

There were enough towels, basic toiletries to last us a week. Bathrooms were clean.

Above all, whenever we needed the hosts were an email/text away.

Thanks for making us trip wonderful. We will be back soon.

Family stay in London

We had been let down by another home so booked this property at last minute. The owners were able to get it cleaned and ready for us in a short space of time and met us at arrival to show us all the features of the house. The beds were very comfy and our kids loved the TV with all the channels included and the outdoor area was a welcome bonus
