This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite and two ground floor doubles, together with two bathrooms, one on each floor. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for four cars and a separate enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Upper Camnant Barn is a great mid Wales base. Amenities: Biomass central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Separate enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, pub 4 miles. Note: Due to location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: Water supply is from a well which is fully tested. Note: Caretaker lives on-site. Note: Property is close to A483, some associated road noise will be heard. Note: Horse livery available, please contact the owner for further information.
