With it’s own front door entrance and private rear courtyard, this luxury apartment is located in the centre of Queen Street, opposite the Central Queen Street Gardens and just a short stroll from Hanover Street, Frederick Street and the stylish George Street, all providing a huge range of dining and shopping options within the immediate area. The pedestrian area of Rose Street and bustling Princess Street are just a few minutes walk away leading to the beautiful Princess Street gardens and of course the stunning views of the iconic Edinburgh Castle.
All of Edinburgh’s main transport links are just a short walk away including Waverly Train Station, Edinburgh’s central bus station next to St. Andrews square and various nearby stops on the new Edinburgh Tram System.
Master bedroom with king size bed, large double wardrobe, 42” Smart LED TV, Bluetooth DAB Alarm Radio and newly fitted modern en-suite shower room.
Two further bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin single beds. All bedrooms have hairdryers provided. Travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Spacious open plan lounge / dining room with two large sofas and French doors leading out to the spacious courtyard. Entertainment system including 55” Smart 3D TV with access to on demand TV and hundreds of online movies and TV shows, PlayStation 3 / Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of PS3 games, Bose SoundTouch Bluetooth speaker with internet radio and access to various online music streaming services. Various board games. Dining table with six chairs.
Modern fully fitted Kitchen is accessed off the lounge with integrated appliances including induction hob, electric fan oven, washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. All cooking utensils along with crockery and cutlery are provided. Tea, coffee and dishwasher tablets are also provided.
If you require a welcome food pack please let us know. However, there is a small supermarket a short walk away on Frederick Street.
We live outside of Edinburgh but are available at any time to offer any help or assistance required. We also have a local agent close to the apartment to assist with any urgent issues.

5 star apartment.
I arrived at this apartment on the 5th of january, Barry webster the host was not available at that time to meet us so he left a very detailed message explaining how to enter the apartment & where everything was put, i found this to be very helpful as previous places that we have stayed only give u brief details, some that are not too clear. As we stepped foot into the apartment, We were so amazed at how stunning the place looked, decor was superb, everything looked brand new. We couldnt find any faults apart from the wifi that we struggled to connect but Barry the host was amazing, he managed to fix it for us without a problem & fast too. Location was very convenient. I would defitnitly recommend anyone who wants to stay here & i would defitnitly stay here again on my next visit.
The flat was beautiful and in a perfect area of town! Barry was very accomodating and it was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting this stunning city. Fantastic experience!!

If you are looking for the most perfect flat, in the most perfect location, at the most perfect price....this flat is for you! Upon arrival, we were able to access the flat immediately without incident. It is situated blocks from everything you could possibly want to see and visit in the heart of the town (with a Starbucks one block away :)). It is minutes away from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. it is minutes away from excellent eats and shopping.
When traveling to Scotland again, there is no doubt where I will be staying, as it is right here, perfectly situated to every highlight of Edinburgh and all of culture it has to offer.
If you are looking for a spacious, well equipped, beautiful flat located in the middle of everything, look no further, you have found your flat !!
