The apartment forms part of a "Casa Palacio" with a majestic patio decorated with a colonnade of arches.
To the left of the apartment entrance is the bedroom with twin beds. A window faces calle Valladares - a quiet pedestrian street without car traffic. There are 2 large fitted wardrobes with mirror doors and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is en-suite and has a bathtub with a shower attachment, washbasin, WC and bidet.
A corridor leads to the modern kitchen and living room. Kitchen equipped with the main utensils and appliances for self-catering. Washing machine with dryer and dishwasher included. There is a Nespresso coffee machine available.
The living space has 2 windows overlooking Fabié street. Furnishes include a sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. There is a working desk and a dining table with four chairs.
Other features: marble flooring, dark wooden furniture and original art work. High wooden beam ceilings enhance the sense of space and comfort. Central air-conditioning, heating and free WIFI internet access.
Supplementary bed: There is an extra bed available for a child, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 3. (We consider this apartment unsuitable for 3 adults as the bathroom is inside the bedroom)

A lovely apartment
This apartment was perfect for our needs. In a great location and had every amenity we need. It's more spacious than the pictures show and has a great, fully equipped kitchen and nice modern bathroom. It's walking distance from all the sights but very quiet. The hosts set us up immediately on arrival and offered to help but we did not need to call on them. I'm sure they would have been helpful, though. All in all a great place.
Modern classy in an old chammer
Excellent location, although a little difficult to find especially when your mobile desides to die. Walking distance to most sites. Two minute walk to all kinds of restaurants, including along the river. A couple small marcados for your immediate needs. Bakery, ice cream and coffee shops around the corner.
The only concern is noise coming through the ventalation system when taking a shower. At first we thought there was a severe water leak. Thankfully shower are short. Very nicely furnished, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and plenty of drawer space for your luggage. Will use again.
Great location and parking was a big plus for us. Loved being across the river and just a short walk from the center but also having the benefit of all Triana had to offer - great restaurants and bars there without having to go back in town. Apartment was very comfortable, nicely finished, and perfect for what we were looking for. Great wifi and lovely building with old architectural features while being recently renovated with a modern touch. Shower was a little tricky so that's the only thing that held this back from a 5 - that might have just needed a lesson on how to use it. If I could rate at 4.5 I would!
Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage!
Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre. Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics. Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition. Highlights: · Betis Street and city views across the Guadalquivir River · Elegant buildings covered by hand-painted ceramic tiles · Isabel II Bridge (Triana bridge) · Triana Market · St. George's Castle · Isla de la Cartuja
