Amazing apartment!

What an AMAZING apartment in a PERFECT location!

Our family of five instantly fell in love with this WONDERFUL apartment.

Views were STUNNING never stayed in an apartment with so many balconies!

When we arrived we were met by the lovely Claudia who gave us the grand tour of this PERFECT apartment.

Claudia showed us how everything worked, gave us a contact number in case we had any problems or needed anything during our stay.👍?

As this was our very first time in Albufeira she gave us lots of information and recommended places to go and not to go, so helpful for our first visit.

The Pool was BRILLIANT, so safe our kids had great FUN playing in it everyday!

The perfect place for a family holiday.

Huge Thanks to Claudia's family for sharing this WONDERFUL apartment.

We can't wait to return.

This apartment/house is just perfect. The views are stunning and an ideal location. It’s a five minute walk to everything you need. Claudia the owner is just adorable so helpful and kind. Thank you for an amazing stay we will definitely book again.

I'll Keep it Tea

The apartment, (or rather townhouse due to its size), is very tastefully furnished with a homely feel rather than a holiday let, with views to die for. The pool is a good size and the grounds are immaculatley landscaped and clean . The location is the best we have stayed in, step out of the grounds,(although you don't feel like leaving), and you are on Inatel Beach, with bars and restaurants, 200 yards from the house in the opposite direction is Fishermans Beach, with various watersports, and again a selection of bars/restaurants. The Old Town overlooks the beach and you really are spoilt for choice with eateries/entertainment. The Bailote just off the top of the old square serves humongous portions of quality food and has multi-lingual staff, well worth a visit. Supermarket/shops are 100 yards to the rear of the property. The beauty about its location is also that you are central but are not disturbed in the evening with any noise from the nightlife. We went with our two teenage daughters but this holiday home is ideal for young and old alike, and as our family turn into complete sloths on holiday the central location is ideal. Claudia, the owner, leaves her mobile number should any problems arise,(we had none), and we will definately be booking again.

Lovely new apartments,close to beach,resturants,bars,shops & supermarkets and in quiet location.The quality of contents in the townshouse are to a high standard and clean throughout.Views from the terraces are wonderful.The swimming pool was clean and ideal for children.Altogether a very enjoyable family holiday.

Fantastic Holiday Home.

Excellent apartment/villa, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a fabulous holiday. Location was spot on, handy to everything and with 5 spacious balconies with views to die for. The quiet private pool was great for relaxing around during the hot days.

The owner Claudia met us on arrival, friendly and helpful with plenty of local knowledge. Our family of 4 had a great stay here and look forward to returning.

Clean and modern apartment with fantastic views

We stayed in the apartment 1-8th April 2017, and the apartment (or should I call it a house!) was simply fantastic. The house offers various different spaces for the family (we were a family of 4) to spread out (from the inside rooms to the many, many outside terraces!). In fact there were so many different spaces, we were spoilt for choice most lunch / dinner times when we were socialising as a family. The warm welcome was lovely. The location is simply fantastic, and the views... WOW! From the roof terrace you can see the entire coastline. The pool was perfect too. I would happily book this apartment again; the entire family loved their experience and comfortable stay.

The location is perfect, a short stroll to the escalator leads to the seafront restaurants of the old town and an abundance of lively bars & entertainment around the main town square. Ideal for families, couples or singles alike to explore, along with a wealth of nearby excursions by land or sea. The marina for boat trips ranging from exploring the coastline & caves, to beach BBQ or dolphin watching.

A trip to zoo marine or the water parks is a great day out, or visit the Algarve shopping centre nearby, along with the surrounding outlet stores.

For golf enthusiasts you have the Algarve golf academy 5 minutes drive or courses at Salgados & Vilamoura.

These newly completed apartments will be available from February 2017, a car is not necessary in this central location, however underground parking is available free of charge.The apartments are fitted to a high standard throughout, and are complete with high security doors & roller shutters on all entrances, the private pool area is accessed from your terrace or with swipe card from one of two external entrances.The lower entrance is only a two minute walk directly on to the large sandy beach.
