A 2 bedroom apartment within a few minutes’ walk of the city centre in Inverness. The apartment is located on one of the main busy roads into Inverness from Loch Ness and the west coast.
The apartment has a private entrance off the pavement/sidewalk of Tomnahurich Street. Upon entering the apartment vestibule there is a back door to access the private patio garden area at the back of the apartment.
A stairway from the internal hallway leads up to the first floor which has the lounge, kitchen and bedroom 1.
The lounge has seating for 4 guests, a TV and coffee cable. There is a small dining area with seating for 4.
The modern kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and radio.
Bedroom 1 overlooks the rear of the apartment building and can be set up with a super king bed or 2 single beds. There are bedside cabinets with lights, a chest of drawers, clothes storage and a mirror.
On the second floor there is a second bedroom which can also be arranged with a super king bed or 2 singles. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, clothes storage and a mirror completes the set up of this room. The outlook of the room is over the main street.
The bathroom has a mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The apartment has gas central heating throughout.
A parking permit to allow free on-street parking is provided however parking is on a first come first served basis. There is additional paid parking within 300 metres at a cost of £12 per day.
All bed linen, towels are included. There is no additional charge for Wi-Fi and electricity and gas are also included.
Up to 1 dog is welcome at an additional cost.

Booking terms & cancellation policy: 25% deposit is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The final balance will be due no later than 5 days before your arrival date and is non-refundable once paid.
Cancellation protection is available and offered during the booking process.
Entry details: arrival time is anytime after 3pm, latest departure time is 10am.
Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Stay in Scotland
This is an ideal base for exploring Inverness and beyond. The apartment was well equipped for a short stay providing extra touches such as a dishwasher and washing machine. It was a very short walk into the city and all amenities. Loch Ness and the Highlands are a beautiful drive away with jaw dropping vistas. We enjoyed our stay.
Great place to stay.
Very clean and comfortable. Lovely to come back to after a long day exploring. Close to shopping, buses and places to eat.

The webpage don't inform about the stairs. Two floors and the bathroom upstairs. The shower doesn't work right, because the curtain wasn't useful and the water finally got on the floor. This sistem is certainly dangerous. The coffee machine doesn´t work too.
Thank you for your feedback. We will ask the owners to look at the coffee machine. Sorry the apartment didn't meet with your expectations and you didn't enjoy the layout as much as others guests. We are a little confused about your comments regarding the stairs as we do detail in our descriptions that the property is on two floors and we show a picture of the stairs in our picture gallery. We agree the shower could be improved and having discussed it with the owners their intention is to replace the bath with shower to a shower cubicle.
Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and lovely rooms. With very comfortable rooms and great for a family four as nice and spacious for returning after a busy day to relax . If coming back definitely want to stay here again and for us enjoyed far more than all being squashed in one hotel room. Only downside is in summer if need open windows night hear traffic . However still would win over many other places stayed. Communication also fantastic in advance which is great when you know there is no actual reception.
