Renowned for its blue skies, sunshine, white sandy beaches and some of the most dramatic mountain ranges in Europe. Sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, “Spain simply has it all”. Quesada is a good sized town close to the motorway for ease of access to Alicante, Murcia, Benidorm and Cartagena. It has numerous shops, bars, restaurants, golf course, tennis, ten pin bowling, bowls, crazy golf and its own water park.
Guardamar /Campoamar being the nearest beaches to Quesada are only a 6 km drive, boasting 14km of white sandy blue flag beaches, with safe waters for swimming and water sports. Just 13 km away is the large bustling town of Torrevieja which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops and has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night time market. La Zenia is a further 9km and offers the largest shopping mall in the Costa’s.
If you are a golfer you will find La Marquesa on your door step and many beautiful and high quality golf courses are within 40 minutes drive: La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Alicante and El Plantio Bonalba.
Villa details: (Villa Sea Esta)
This corner detached property has a walled perimeter making it safe for young children as access to the street is gated. There are 2 steps leading to the front door making disabled access slightly restricted but when inside everything needed is on one floor.
“Lounge, Kitchen, 2 bedrooms and Bathroom”.
In addition, on the first floor we have one en-suite bedroom. The first floor terrace is accessed from the upstairs landing and patio doors in the bedroom. The first floor terrace has seating, sun loungers and an extending canopy. This terrace is south facing (sunshine all day) and being a corner plot isn’t overlooked. The ground floor terrace has a pergola with table and chairs for 6. The house offers ample easy parking right outside the villa and it is less than 20 metres from the communal pool. This has lots of sun shades and decorative seating around it perimeter. The pool is private and accessed via an owner’s security key.
This is a non- smoking villa inside and accommodation comprises:
Living / Dining room, this area consisting of dining table and 4 chairs, 3 and 2 seat sofas, coffee table, TV unit with 43” smart TV Netflix. Play station 2 with 30 games (sing star with 2 microphones, good job the villa is detached), >100 DVD’s and WiFi.
New air conditioning has been installed in the lounge and first floor bedroom. These have the option of cooling, heating ventilation and de-humidification. We also have a whisper quite ceiling fan in the lounge and all bedrooms for when it’s not too hot.
Kitchen: Separate kitchen via an arch way that consists of fridge freezer, toaster, Panini grill, kettle, cooker with hob, microwave, cool box for the pool or beach, iron with board and all the usual utensils crockery and glasses for 6. The villa has a water filtration system. No need to buy water from the supermarket. The villa has an extension to the rear of the property with washing machine, tuble-dryer and clothes rail.
The ground floor bedrooms (2) – One double and one twin are complete with furniture, built in wardrobe and ceiling fans. In the wardrobe you will find additional bedding blankets and top cover. Spare sheets for a weekly change and 2 bath and face towels for each occupant. Each bedroom has an oil filler radiator in case of cold spells.
Bedroom 3, First Floor, En-suite Double bedroom room with furniture, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning. As before, Bedroom 3 also offers additional bedding and towels but benefits from a built in safe and hair dryer.
Bathrooms (2) - One bathroom on each floor with full bath and shower in each.
The upstairs landing has a door leading to the terrace and the master bedroom.
Each of the double beds has 2 sun loungers stored beneath. These can be used on the terrace or taken to the pool.
The ground floor offers three areas for sitting / eating. The chairs with parasol we would use for the smoking area and the white plastic set we use for our grand kids to play and draw on. The main eating area has six chairs with cushions.
To the rear of the house we have two large storage cupboards. We use one for personal items and the other is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Where is Ciudad Quesada
40 to 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport,
30 to 40 minutes drive from Murcia airport.
The villa is located almost in the centre of Quesada. It is 2km away from the entrance arches and golf course. We have the Country club and bowling club within 600m which is a very easy walk and both offer entertainment and extensive menus. The Country club has a pool; kids play area, crazy golf and hair dressers. The main town shopping area offers a huge range of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Ten pin bowling, snooker etc.
The Habaneras shopping complex on the outskirts of Torrevieja is 8km from Quesada and has a Carrefour super store, a multitude of shops, cinema and places to eat. Torrevieja Marina is a 10 minute drive, La Zenia boulevard shopping centre is a 20 minutes drive.

• Low season (Jan - Mar): £300 per week, No minimum stay, £50 nightly.
• Medium season (Apr - Jne, Oct - Dec): £350 per week, Minimum stay one week.
• High season (Jly, Aug, and Sept): £400 per week, Minimum stays one week.

Why Alex Craig chose Ciudad Quesada
When we decided to purchase in Spain we had the dilemma of location and size. In addition we wanted a property to be a holiday home now and a full time residence in the future. We looked all over the Costa Blanca. We decided on Quesada because it is lively all year, many holiday resorts close in the winter with few facilities open. We chose the house location as it is in the centre of Quesada. Close enough to walk to every restaurant etc but far enough away as to not be affected by noise etc. The villa is larger than we were initially looking for forcing us into a mortgage. We are really happy we did this as being detached means you can be as noisy as you want without complaints from neighbours and vies versa, you will not be bothered by noise which was a concern when looking at apartments. (OK for a holiday but not permanent living). The villa is a great size, very comfortable for six without using the lounge for sleeping. The villa is maintained by a company called Spic and Span.

Home from home
A very neat, tidy and clean villa. It really did feel like you were at home. The villa was very well equipped for our stay, ample games and dvd's to amuse our family in the evenings. The close proximity of the pool was a big bonus, very clean and safe. The villa came with an excellent BBQ, just right at the end of a hot day, and sitting upstairs on the veranda for breakfast or dinner was lovely. A lot of thought and care to detail has been put in by the owners and we will definitely be looking forward to returning. The surrounding area has a lot to offer, we particularly enjoyed a visit to Rio Safari, at Elchie. Torrevieja is well worth a visit.

Lovely house, excellent facilities
The house is in an ideal location and is very well equipped for a family holiday. The owner has provided absolutely everything that you may require. We would 100% recommend this lovely house and will certainly be booking again on our next visit. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. Overall we were very happy, no complaints at all.

We really recommend this place to anyone wanting to be near Rojales or Cuidad Quesada. Three double rooms with loads of extras. Theres a seperate laundry room and the nearest bar is about 500 metres.

What went down to 4 stars was that there were only 4 chairs at the dining room table (we were 6 people) and there was no coffee maker.

For information purposes Per is talking about the internal dinning table. The patio dinning area has seating for 6 with folding chairs and cushions which are very easy to bring inside if needed. Our thinking is most guests would wish to eat outside. (this visit was early in the year however).
The kitchen is not too large and we didn't think a coffee maker would be wanted. We do however provide a welcome pack which includes tea coffee milk and sugar. In future we will ask guests if there is anything they would have liked in the villa. Sometimes its the small things that make the difference.
Our highest priority is our guests have a great holiday and everything else will look after itself. We will be over to the villa in June and will certainly buy a coffee machine just in case filtered coffee use is more common with our European friends.
We have only owned the villa for one year and hopefully with another year of great visitors and honest reviews we can improve where needed.

Rented the villa for my parents for 9 nights. I flew out with my son and also stayed for 6 nights. We know Quesada well so knew we would need a car.
Villa is very comfortable with everything you need. Very clean and like home from home. Lovely to have a comfy sofa in the evening after a hard day at the pool! You can tell pride has been taken to make sure you really have everything you need.
Not that we watched any DVDs there is a huge collection and a great sized TV. Kitchen fully equipped with all you need.
Lovely pool literally a 1 minute walk which is kept immaculate.
My 4 year old son was very happy with the floats and inflatables that were in the outside cupboard (so was I as it saved me a fortune).
My parents loved the villa and are already talking about next years trip. Overall a relaxing, home from home stay and I would highly recommend.

Tell mum and dad I bought two vintage rally folding bicycles for the villa. Next year they can cycle to Torrevieja and get a taxi home.

Fantastic family villa.
Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Being very close to the pool was a great advantage having young children in the party. Local residents were also very friendly and helpful.
Our villa is set in the centre of Quesada. All attractions and amenities of the town are within 2km. We have 2 clubs, 2 bars, 5 restaurants a small supermarket a gym and a water park within 1km.

Our property is maintained by a company called Spic and Span. They will greet you at the property and supply keys and provide a tour. At the end of your stay they will meet you again to return the keys. A €50 cleaning charge is due to them at the end of stay. After cleaning and inspection your security deposit will be returned if there are no issues. NOTE: Spic and Span also offer an airport shuttle service and a welcome grocery pack.
