What makes this Cottage unique
Mountain views - stroll to town
A beautiful place to spend a week...
I had a wonderful week in this house near Galbally. I purposely didn't have a car... I wanted peace and quiet to write ... and unwind. I found it in Liz and Karl's beautiful house. It was clean and bright with a glorious view, when the weather allowed, of the Galtee Mts. It was November so it was cold so I paid a little extra for the power. There are small grocers in town so I could get what I needed to cook meals. Karl was very helpful with any problems, which were few.
Enjoyable little place off the beaten path
We were met by Karl who showed us around the place and answered our questions. The house is great sized with a beautiful out the back door. The bedrooms were the perfect size for what we needed. The location is off the beaten path however convenient to Cork, Waterford and the Rock of Cashel. Galbally is extremely small and doesn’t have much so hit up Tipperary or Mitchelstown before you come in but other then that great. Also stop at Mulveys Coffee Shop for a scone and spot of tea as you had out on your adventures.
Lovely, well appointed accommodation
We were very pleased with our recent stay here. Liz and Carl were very helpful and accommodating. The place is very well appointed and has a very lovely view of the Galty Mountains. This is a very central location to see much of south central Ireland.
Great location to many sites
Place was very comfortable, easy to get around, great view of mountains out the back door
