The owner could not have been nicer but the cottage needs a good cleaning
I enjoyed the closeness to Charlestown but I'm glad my brother and nephew did not come as was disappointed in the inside I don't think anyone has looked inside this place recently. Who puts silverware under the sink in kitchen. It was just not up to my standards for clean
We are very disappointed with this review as we have had very good reviews from our other guests. Naturally we would want the best for customers. There was no complaint from this holidaymaker during her stay and when she was asked if everything was alright she led us to believe she was happy. Had we been made aware of her complaints we would have done our best to fix this during her stay.
We will continue to try our very best to ensure that our property is kept to the high standard we are known for with our other guests and do hope that these small issues did not affect the overall enjoyment of this holidaymakers visit to Ireland.
