Beautiful garden views and close to the beach.

A clean and spacious 2 bedroom apt, one of which is en-suite, in a quiet building set in beautiful grounds. Step out of the apartment onto an open patio that leads straight onto lush gardens and a beautiful swimming pool. A selection of sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture is supplied with the apartment .

Local Supermarket within 5 minutes walk, this store has everything you need for your stay, including fresh bread and pastries daily.

Secure gated complex and car park so very child friendly.

Beach towels provided.

The kitchen is fully equiped for all self catering needs. There is a washing machine and iron/ironing board.

Only 6 minutes walk to the beach and the nearest chiringuito, several more within easy walking distance.

A couple of good restaurants within about 3 mins walk.

You can walk to the pretty port of Cabopino along the boardwalk in 15-20 minutes where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants and a busy beach with water sports and beach bars.

The bedrooms are both double, one with a double bed and the other has 2 singles.

Both bathrooms have showers.

The open plan living kitchen dining is very spacious with high ceilings. There is a full size fridge freezer. The TV does have some English speaking programmes.

A hairdryer is provided.

There are many places to explore, either with a car or the local bus service. An impressive shopping mall is about 10 mins away and the centre of Marbella about 15 mins. Puerto Banus is a little further on.

We have been keen visitors to this area of Spain for many years, we took the decision to buy our own place so we could spend more time here.

The location is close to the beach with some great restaurants and bars to enjoy the beautiful weather.

It’s a quite residential area and perfect to relax and unwind.
