The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.
This Barn is situated with 14 acres of private land with secure access via electric gates. Within the grounds is an accessible large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation, over 200 fish and a boat house.
The Barn, converted in 2015, features a solid oak, super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture & staircase, leather sofas, recessed LED lighting and underfloor heating.

Anne-Louise, Paul and their two boys; Alexander (age 6yrs) and Elliot (age 4 yrs) as well as their 2 dogs; Monty and Bertie live on site and are happy to give recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. We love North Devon and it's beautiful beaches.

Montgomery Barn is close to Westward Ho! beach which is a blue flag beach and is excellent for swimming, surfing, making sand castles. It is also dog friendly all year round.

Montgomery Barn is located in the countryside yet only 3kms from Westward Ho! beach and 1 mile from the shops. Visitors can enjoy visiting The Big Sheep with their young children, cycling on the Tarka Trail, surfing at Westward Ho! beach, walking their dogs on the beaches that are dog friendly all year round. The South West Coast path is a 5 minute drive away. Rosemoor garden centre is only 10 minutes away.
