Located on a little lane heading into the Cotswolds' countryside, Peewit Barn, which is all on one level, is perfect for a country loving couple or family (there are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) looking to enjoy the Cotswolds. Inside the barn has been tastefully refurbished making the property attractive and welcoming. All rooms are a good size and airy, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are of a high standard and very comfortable. To the rear is a garden area which has a table and chairs for the summer season. The barn is a 5 minute drive from Moreton in Marsh and about 12 minutes from Chipping Norton in the other direction. A lovely, bright barn, which is a great choice for a country getaway.

Living Room, with two large sofas and armchair and TV with DVD. There is a sofa bed in the living room can be made up into a comfortable double bed for 2 extra guests. The room is triple aspect and spacious.
Kitchen / Diner which is well equipped with 4 ring electric hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, ample storage along with a dining table and four chairs. (There are two additional chairs if required)
Master Bedroom with king size double (5ft) bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers plus Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin. (Please note that the bed is a zip and link and can, therefore, be made into a double bed or two single beds)
Bedroom Two with two single beds and wardrobe. (Please note that these beds can be zipped together to make a double bed if preferred.)
Bathroom Two with shower, washbasin and WC.
To the rear of the barn is a gravelled area for parking plus a grassed garden area with table and chairs.

Kitebrook is a small hamlet that sits between Moreton in Marsh and Chipping Norton, set in the rolling hills of the Cotswolds and within a very convenient drive of many of the area's hotspots. From your front door, you can (literally) walk into the countryside and enjoy some superb and breathtaking scenery.
Kitebrook is about 2 miles from Moreton in Marsh, a traditional market town which has a wide range of shops, cafes and similar which is well worth a visit. Moreton is on the train mainline from London Paddington, which stops off in Oxford, so it is possible to either drive or take the train for a day trip in Oxford.

Chipping Campden and Broadway are both quintessential Cotswold towns with beautiful honey stone houses and attractive high streets sprinkled with independent shops; art galleries and antique shops. Close by Moreton-in-Marsh is also famous for its Cotswold stone High Street with lots of shops and has a market every Tuesday. There are also numerous pretty villages with beautiful Cotswold stone houses and cottages all nestling in the Cotswold hills providing spectacular scenery for those with time to explore. These include The Slaughters, Broadway and Bourton on the Water, Snowshill House and Sezincote.
Chastleton House a Jacobean country house owned by the National Trust is just a couple of minutes away.
Batsford Arboretum home to the Country's largest private collection of tress and shrubs is on the outskirts of Moreton-in-Marsh. Great display of falconry for all the family.
Sezincote House, an extraordinary Indian House and gardens, are at Bourton on the Hill just outside Moreton-in-Marsh.
Bourton House Gardens privately owned gardens are also at Bourton on the Hill.
