About Berrie Ives
We live in the area and love it! Brian was raised just a few miles west in Green Mountain Falls. Berrie grew up in Florida and other places, but has called Colorado home since 2000.
Berrie Ives purchased this Cabin in 2002
Why Berrie Ives chose Cascade
We fell in love with the views and the history of the house. It was previously owned by the famed Unser racing family. We are big fans of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb and enjoy knowing that our home is permanently affiliated with the race. The area is perfect for nature lovers and we take advantage of the trails and scenery at every opportunity.
What makes this Cabin unique

The elevation makes for cooler summer days and the views are awe inspiring. Woodland park is seven miles west with shopping, restaurants and lots of fun activities.

We loved our stay in your beautiful cabin. Was the perfect size for our family. The cabin has been recently remodeled and is so cute. Loved the rustic décor, artifacts and amenities. Very clean and perfect location for the Colorado Springs/Manitou area. We can't wait to come back again!
The owners thought of everything to make a comfortable stay for our family of five. We ate breakfast and supper every day and there wasn’t a thing missing to get the jobs done. And we didn’t go home with a ton of dirty clothes thanks to washer and dryer facilities complete with detergent and softener.
Everything was perfect. I picked this place for the location and reviews. I’m glad we stayed here, it was perfect for our family vacation.
