CHECK-IN: En líneas generales nos ajustamos al calendario de nuestros viajeros-inquilinos, asi que a pesar de que la hora de entrada es a las 13 horas, si el apartamento no está ocupado, Eduardo y yo estaremos encantados de recibirte antes de esa hora.

CHECK-OUT: La hora de salida normalmente es a las 11, pero intentamos ajustarnos lo más posible a tus necesidades así que si ningún otro inquilino llega el mismo día en el que tu sales del apartamento, podrás disfrutar del mismo hasta la tarde.

Tener cuidado de no dañar el apartamento o su contenido (muebles, electrodomésticos).

Se respetuoso con los vecinos. No hagas ruido después de las 23:00. Es una comunidad tranquila y se respeta del descanso de los vecinos.

Respeta las horas de silencio.

Apaga las luces y el aire acondicionado al salir del apartamento.

Cierra la puerta con llave al salir. Cuando dejes el piso definitivamente, por favor deja las llaves en el buzón que pone "4 izquierda".

Intenta dejar el apartamento en un estado decente.

La entrada en el piso después de las 22:00 puede tener un recargo de 20€, así como dejar el piso después de las 12.00 de la mañana. Siempre bajo disponibilidad.

La perdida de las llaves comporta un recargo de 30 €.

La basura se puede tirar en los contenedores con tapa naranja a partir de las 20.00 horas cada día.
