Apartment is in a secured building with street access from front and rear. It has a manned service desk during daylight hours for ease of picking up keys. Arrangements can be made for collection outside of these hours.

The apartment is on Marine Parade which is the road parallel to Suttons beach, as such it is a 3 minute walk onto the beach as well as to the local shops and market.

There is a footpath running along the length of the beach allowing running, walking and cycling with great views.

About Mike & Lydia

We emigrated from the UK back in 2003 and now live happily in Scarborough nearby to Redcliffe. We have 3 children and love it down at Suttons beach as it is very safe with calm waters for the kids. The beaches are also well setup with barbecues. The area has some great new restaurants and gives easy access to many of the tourist areas.

Why Mike & Lydia chose Redcliffe

We have hosted many satisfied guests from the UK over the last 6 years and we are sure this will continue. The apartment has a great covered balcony and we find our UK guests love this for entertaining in the evenings with a Gas barbecue and the private spa. We also have fully ducted air conditioning as summers in Queensland can sometimes be humid.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very spacious for families with a total floor space of 240 sqm. It also has great views from the balcony and is within a very short walking distance from all the main areas.

Wonderful Large Clean Apartment

Lovely place to stay during our time in Redcliffe. Nice and clean and very large for an apartment. We were very pleased that the whole place was air conditioned as it was quite warm for a few days of our stay. A few of our friends came over who were staying in another building and they only had aircon in the bedrooms so we did a lot of entertaining! Lovely large outdoor area and the bbq got lots of use during our stay. The building is very close to the shops and also there are lots of restaurants nearby. Will be looking to come back on our next trip.

Clean and well appointed large apartment

We travelled from the UK in September for a wedding combined with a family holiday. What a great choice this place was. Large enough for the whole family and equipped with a full kitchen and laundry which is just what we needed with 3 children. The balcony is great and we had a few bbq's during our stay as well as enjoying the private hot tub. The beach is just over the road from the front door and restaurants are an easy walk away. It worked out as a great base for us to visit all the places we had planned and looked forward to. Highly recommended for families.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A cleaning charge is included in the rental, however any excessive cleaning required will be charged at cost. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for the next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
The bond will be refunded on departure subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
