Why Fabio Leiva chose Kensington

Earls Court is a great area in Kensington which I am very familiar with. I would love transmitting to my guest the desire to explore this great cosmopolitan area whilst enjoying the comfort of a safe and modern place where all facilities are to the guest's disposition.

With just over 100 square metres of space this apartment is great for entertainment and to chill out after a long day in the city of London.

What makes this apartment unique

Great location at just a stone's throw away from the station connecting anywhere in the city.

I like the late night facilities and abundant selection of restaurants to cater for in the area.

A quiet space with all bedrooms facing the rear of the building and overlooking the neighbour's gardens.

The spacious rooms and generous reception dining room will offer a great place to relax after your long days out in town. I particularly believe this apartment is ideal for large families and group bookings where the benefits of having the whole apartment outweight those of a hotel.

Centrally located flat

Fabio the flat organizer was wonderful. Thanks again! The flat makes it so easy to get around being so central. Best things to note are the location, great and plentiful showers, new modern look, comfortable seating and sleeping, many desks, and washing machine. Also the tv and space was well designed. I didn't find it too nosy even though it's central and enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the many choices to eat and travel to located here. To note: bring an eye mask if brightness bothers you in the summer mornings at 5 am, there is no lift, and there is no a/c. We really enjoyed our stay and felt they couldn't have tried any harder to make it great for us.

Posizione strategica a due passi dalla stazione della metro. Molto disponibile e gentile Fabio.

Quattro stanze con dei letti molto comodi e spazio per gli abiti dal nostro punto di vista sono fondamentali in una vacanza in gruppo di 8 persone. Qualche piccola pecca nei bagni, funzionali come disposizione (addirittura tre docce), ma privi di bidet e con lavelli minuscoli (qualcuno si è pure otturato subito). Saloncino confortevole con comodi divani ma il tavolo e le sedie sono solo per 6 persone, lo abbiamo utilizzato comunque in 8 sopperendo con le sedie delle camere. Cucina gradevole con bella vista su Earl's Court pulita e funzionale.

Apartamento muy amplio y comodo, muy luminoso, con buenos dormitorios. Esta estupendamente comunicado con el transporte publico. La unica pega es que no tiene ascensor y el apartamento necesita una remodelacion general.

Il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento, insieme ad altre 7 persone è stato perfetto. Il luogo è ideale, di fronte alla metro e circondato da ristoranti, fast food, supermercati, lavanderia a gettoni. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e confortevole, il proprietario, Fabio, è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio

Besides its placement in one of the most well-known neighbourhoods - and not far from London's centre - you'll stay close to several famous sites, such as Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Science Museum all free, not to mention the shopping districts at Kings Road and Harrods in Knightbridge.

This large apartment is ideal for families and/or large groups and those wishing to explore London while having all local amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and the local open farmer markets just a stroll away. Since the mid 90s Earls Court area has blossomed with a mix of shops, well preserved local pubs and bars where guests are surprise to find there is quite a bit to do and explore. Today it is a lively, vibrant, multicultural area, popular with professionals and families who see it as a great alternative to neighbouring Kensington, Chelsea and Holland Park due to its more relaxed atmosphere and central location.
Earls Court is conveniently located for Stanford Bridge and Craven Cottage stadiums, the banks of the river Thames with its beautiful promenade and thames paths. Earls Court area has hosted many notable residents including Diana, Princess of Wales, Alfred Hitchcock, Benjamin Britten, Beatrix Potter, Freddie Mercury and more recently Gary Barlow.
