About the property

Detached ultra modern Villa with a private heated pool surrounded by fully irrigated and very private landscaped gardens occupying a total area of 2560sq ft;

The Pool is set in a lush Garden space of 1325sq ft and the Villa itself including the two patios occupies a footprint of 1235sq ft.

The Villa and it’s grounds are absolutely ideal for one or two couples; The two spacious patios lead off from each of the bedrooms and the lounge and these patios are accessed through sliding glazed doors which lead on to both ends of the 21m2 heated swimming pool.

The patio outside the main bedroom and lounge area is complete with a large pergola & retractable sun blind and has a large outdoor table with 6 chairs for Alfresco dining. You will also find contemporary garden furniture including 4 loungers and a large remote controlled parasol which is solar powered and complete with lighting.

There is also a large gas powered BBQ adjacent to the main patio for guests to use when outside cooking is preferred.

The property has air conditioning to the lounge, kitchen and both bedrooms and heated towel rails in both bathrooms. The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including the main bedroom ensuite.

The spacious lounge has a 55" Smart TV, also with Netflix & free Wifi access to the Internet, all this is set into a contemporary surround comprising of storage cupboards and book displays.

A white leather corner suite and revolving coffee table complete the lounge layout.

The open plan fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, micro wave, oven & hob with extractor hood, toaster kettle etc. It also benefits from an auto washing machine & a dish washer. The kitchen also has a fitted breakfast bar, stools & a wine/ beer chiller.

All rooms are on one level and are both spacious and tastefully furnished.

The property also benefits from a large split level upper Solarium with sea views & overlooking communal gardens.

The solarium is furnished with a 6 seater, very comfortable wicker corner suite and complete with a cantilever parasol, here you can enjoy a typical Mediterranean evening with a nice bottle of chilled wine and watch the beautiful sunsets.

There are dedicated off street parking bays directly outside the gated entrance to the property which is only 5 minutes travelling by car to the beautiful white sandy beaches of La Glea, Cabo Roig and La Zenia and less than five minutes from the excellent golf courses of Les Rambles & Villa Martin.

Many local bars and restaurants are in a short walking distance plus a local supermarket.

Beautiful modern property, very clean and heated pool well maintained

My husband and I rented David and Marjorie's villa in September. We had our daughter, son in law and baby boy with us . It was absolutely superb, very private and quiet at night . It is very bright and tastefully decorated . We used the heated swimming pool every day . Lovely to come back in the evenings and enjoy the outside dining area . First time to this property, stunning!! lovely and modern, very clean. Beautiful pool and outside space, plenty of good quality sun loungers and seating areas. David and Marjorie provide high quality of furnishing and more. The area is lovely and clean, is easy to visit La Zenia, beaches and close to Murcia airport. Comfortable home from home

Really lovely villa very comfortable with all the benefits of being at home and the added attraction of a pool. Fantastic time didn't want to come home. Murcia airport was a real find as well. Easy transfer and easy airport to negotiate. We hired a car and reached the villa in about 25 minutes. Thanks also to Graeme for being around when needed.

Local beaches including La Zenia and Capo Roig were a real pleasure to spend time at especially at the end of the day. La Zenia Boulevard not only a great shopping opportunity but together with Villamartin Plaza both good for eating out and entertainment.
