About the property

Situated on 3rd floor ( with lift and stairs ) in a prestigious, recently constructed residency on leafy Blvd Albert Premier, adjacent to the Old Town and only yards from the promenade and beach, this highly desirable modern apartment is tastefully furnished and fitted throughout to the highest standards. It is the ideal holiday home for families and friends to enjoy the beaches and all the amenities of Antibes.

The spacious living area includes two large sofas (seating six adults comfortably) a large flat screen TV which receives English TV and radio channels and a good size dining table with four chairs. This opens through patio doors onto the balcony overlooking a quiet side street. With sun arriving mid-morning this is a perfect spot to take ones breakfast or linger over a pre lunch aperitif. The kitchen ( with a breakfast bar and chairs ) is fully fitted with modern appliances - oven, hob, grill, extractor, large fridge / freezer, washing machine and dish washer.

The two good size bedrooms include floor to ceiling, mirrored, fitted wardrobes, one double bed and two single beds, bedside units and lamps. As both bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment, there is no road or traffic noise directly outside.

The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower, a heated towel rail and a vanity unit with wash basin.

There is a separate w.c. with a second hand basin.

All windows are double glazed and have electrically operated shutters. Air conditioning has been installed in the living area and the effects can be felt throughout the apartment. There is a small parking space provided in the underground car park.
