A beautiful and spacious house set in central Swanage, very close to the beach, town and all local amenities. Spread over three floors, this Victorian house has been recently fully restored and refurbished to ensure that the accommodation provided is to the highest standard. It comprises ample living space on the ground floor with a lovely courtyard perfect for BBQs and relaxing over a glass of wine in the evening.
The ground floor has a spacious lounge and dining room with dining for 9 and a new kitchen with seating for 4 for breakfast. The kitchen has patio doors opening onto the courtyard.
Upstairs on the fist floor, is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe. There are two further bedrooms on this floor - a double and a single and a bathroom and separate WC.
On the top floor are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin and another bathroom. There are views over Swanage, both towards the sea and the Purbeck Hills.
The property also comes with off street parking spaces at the back of the property.

Hello I'm Lisa the property owner. I was brought up in Dorset and spent my childhood enjoying Poole and the Purbecks. Now I have children of my own, I want them to enjoy all the things I loved growing up and also having opportunity to spend time with my family in the area. We love to use the house and like sharing it too providing a fantastic base for a lovely holiday.

We spent quite some time looking for the right property for us both in terms of location and the house itself and we loved this house from the minute we stepped in though it looked quite different then! We love being so close to the beach and shops and restaurants so made the decision that this was the area we wanted to stay in. the house has been fully renovated in terms of new kitchen, bathrooms, electrics and plumbing. We redecorated throughout, loving all the beautiful features it has.
What makes this House unique
For us, the combination of the location and the space of the house makes for the perfect combination. When we come here, we can really relax and enjoy what Swanage and the Purbecks have to offer in lovely surroundings.

We rented the house to use as our base during the Swanage Blues Festival. We could not have found better or wanted for more. Perfectly located in the centre of the town, with enough space for all of us to come together or take time out on our own. Lovely warm cosy house, with everything we needed.
Property was a amazing, loads of room for 6 adults,2 children and 2 well behaved dogs
The house was well equipped and clean ( apart from food waste left in bin by other people). Great location as we love going to swanage and especially this was my birthday. Defiantly book again, we had an awesome. Thank you Lisa
