Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
The property manager (Josemar) was great! He was helpful, courteous, and willing to help with whatever we needed. He gave us great information on the area of Escazu. First the room we initially lodged was not the property viewed online. They have several rooms on the site and some photos are crossed to multiple rooms. There was only an A/C unit in the bedroom. The couch was covered with animal hair. The washer had to be activated at every stage in the wash cycle. We were then given a better room but with no A/C unit. My wife has a condition that the need for full A/C use is necessary. The second location we were bombarded with ants. coming through the window areas. With this we found lodging else where to accommodate us and our needs on the fourth (4) night. A/C and bug free. Josemar was responsive to our concerns. He sent some one to deal with the ants, though they did return the next night, and he procured us (2) extra fans to help with our need for a cooler atmosphere. We will need to be more attentive to what is offered and what we need so that we are satisfied on arrival. We like to thank Josemar and his crew for helping us in our stay in Costa Rica. We required more amenities than were offered. So again the staff was excellent. For travelers that are not as demanding as we, the accommodations would be fine.
