Opening to the South on a boxwood and laurel garden, this XIXth century mazet is located at 10 mn walk from the center of Uzès, which is a definite advantage to enjoy the city without looking for a parking place... It has been entirely restored but its authenticity has been preserved: the floors and ceilings are traditional, the staircase leading to the first floor is made of cut stone. This old small house 'of country' for the inhabitants of the city center has today its northern frontage in edge of road but the double-glazing and the southern orientation limit the noise nuisances but the road is near... The 20 m2 terrace in the sun, the 100 m2 boxwood garden or the pergola in the shade will allow you to eat or rest. The rest of the garden is also accessible but it is shared. The house is not isolated: my villa is 20 meters away.
A bakery is at 5 minutes walk from the house and all the shops of the city center at 10 minutes.
