As you drive up the charming farm track you may be surprised to find such a secluded and peaceful spot so close to the town centre of Rye! Eventually you arrive at the striking long barn in an enviable location with incredible views across Romney Marsh.

This rural, peaceful haven provides the perfect setting for a family holiday with large gardens, giving the children plenty of space to run around. The choice of seating areas on both main sides of the barn means you can always choose to catch the sun.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has fabulous panoramic views through the large glass doors and on a sunny morning you just step outside for a romantic breakfast! There are two other double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a family bathroom. The interior style is modern and fresh with a Scandanavian twist which perfectly suits the architecture and views.
