Come to relax with your family or your friends and enjoy the quiet 80 m² garden. This 90 m² duplex has a separate entry at the garden level. At 5 min by train or car from the amusement park Disneyland Paris. Furnished, all comfort for 12 people, elegant decoration, private garage, secured access, quiet and inside a green area. Internet access (freebox) and Sky television. 2 steps away from the RER stain station Val d'Europe and at the doors of a large mall (Val d'Europe). There is also a giant aquarium "Sea Life" to get away for a moment on the seabed, or shopping in "La Vallée des Villages". Connect with Paris, "city of the thousand lights", its museums, its munuments and its architecture. At 20 min through the highway or at 30 min with the RER. The apartment is located 40 km away from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and only at 5 min from the TGV railway station Chessy Marnes la Vallée (Thalys Eurostar). Please note that pets are not allowed.

The apartment has a hardwood floor in every room (except in the shower rooms). Equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave) with view over the garden and hardwood floor. Food stocks are supplied (oil, coffee, coffee filters, powder chocolate, salt, pepper and sugar). Living room : Internet access, freebox, Freeview, Dvds available. Beautiful and spacious house!

This was a wonderful place for 2 families to stay! We had 4 adults and 6 children and there was more than enough space for us all. We were treated wonderfully and he went above and beyond for us. The house was very clean and everything we needed was already there for us. The train station was about a 10 minute walk away with all the little ones. The ride into Paris was not too long, maybe about 30 minutes and to Disney a quick 5 minutes! We would absolutely stay here again if in the area!

Lovely spot in a perfect location

My family and I made a four day stop here on our way from Scotland to the Netherlands. Malek met us upon arrival and was so very helpful showing us around. The train is only a 5 minute walk and so very easy to take to get into Paris within a half hour or to Disney in five minutes. The Apartment was Clean and welcoming with plenty of room for my sons, husband and I as well as perfect facilities for my 80 year old mother with a walker. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Very good location to visit Disneyland Paris

I must start by saying that Malec went the extra mile. He picked our luggage from the train station upon our arrival and brought it with him to the apartment! He even took us to get food when we arrived on the first night, since it was late and we were tired.

The apartment itself was comfortable for our two families of two adults and two kids each. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast, and it was well equipped.

The apartment itself is located in a 10+ min walk from the station, so be ready to walk. Also, it is fairly far from the center of Paris, but still doable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Malec!!

Fantastic family! Fantastic home! 🇫🇷

We have visited malek & his family's holiday home 3 times now and re visiting next year! We could not of asked for a better reception, amazing family so friendly and take time out to help in any way they can!

The home is so spacious and full of light during the day it is so refreshing!

Also have black out board windows of you don't like light first thing on a morning, they really have thought of every persons individual needs.

We cannot praise them enough.

Great place to stay--even better host!

We chose this property based on its size and our budget. We were two families (8 people) visiting Paris and London for 18 days. We wanted to so it all without breaking the bank! It was a bit unsettling to make such important arrangements sight unseen. The apartment was exactly as pictured in the listing. Malek was an incredible host! Since a train strike was in effect upon our arrival, he met us at the train station and took 6 of the party with almost all the luggage in his personal car and drove us to the apartment. He also made arrangements for the rest of our group to make it to the apartment after a long day of travel. He pointed out the best places in town to eat and shop and helped us make travel arrangements for the week by helping translate at the station. We especially enjoyed the personal night tour of his beautiful city.

Although the apartment made for a long commute to Paris (but convenient for Disney) we'd highly recommend this place based on its owner's personal touch on our stay!

Fantastic Stay

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 nights and it was just perfect for us. Malek and Flore provide everything you could possibly need for a holiday in this area and are wonderful hosts. The layout of the apartment was ideal and allowed the grandparents to have their space (and shower room) downstairs and the other two generations to use the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. The garden gets plenty of sun and is perfect for dining outdoors, but even better is the playground just around the corner! There's a local grocery store and boulangerie for fresh bread and other essentials. Slightly futher (but still walkable) is the Auchan supermarket which has absolutley everything. Plenty of clothes shopping available at Val d'europe. Getting to Disney was easy too. Would recommend the nearby brasserie - great food only two blocks away. Would rent again if we head back to the area. Thank you again Malek & Flore

Family apartment perfectly located, at 5 min with public transport from Disneyland Paris and at 30 min from Paris with its numerous buildings and architectural treasures. You will have to discover the Tour Eiffel, the Champs-Elysées (direct connection), the Louvre, Notre Dame… The TGV train station offers connections to everywhere in France and Europe (Thalys, Eurostar). Visit Seine and Marne with its medieval cities of Lagny, Meaux and Provins. Reims, the capital of Champagne is at less than an hour driving via the A4 highway. Parisian airports (Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle) are easily accessible via a highspeed train connection. At 9 min for Roissy airport.
