3 Bedrooms for up to 5 people, 1 family bathroom, ensuite shower to master .

This house is furnished to a high standard, with three bedrooms (double with ensuite shower, a twin and single), . There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

A comfortable living area with flat screen TV, WiFi internet broadband including Orange TV with multinational and some UK channels (ability to stream TV and films from laptop or tablet), stereo. Large sun terrace (6m x 3m ) with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and countryside. There

is a small garden, with ample garden furniture, which is private and safe (fenced) for children. Parking is to the side of the property.

The house is located in a quiet area of the Parc well away from the road.

The estate is quiet and private, centrally located and very close to many lovely sandy beaches, the nearest beach Cogolin is only 1000m.

Why The Sayers chose St Tropez region

The chalet is extremely homely and well equipped and unique on the Parc as it offers WIFI with a large flat screen TV with multi channels. The garden is safe for children, private and south facing so very sunny and well stocked with beautiful flowering laurels. There is a private off road parking.

Have previously stayed at this accommodation and found it to be excellent hence the return again. It is immaculate, has everything you need for your holiday to feel home from home!!

The location is perfect for St Tropez 5 mins away, and for local beaches and villages.

Also the Sayer family a pleasure to deal with when booking they make the experience a very pleasurable one.

Would always recommend and hope to return again soon

Fantastic time at Parc Oasis

We arrived at Parc Oasis after an active week in the Ardeche and could not have been happier with the house. The outside space and bar b que were brilliant for entertaining and relaxing and the kitchen area had everything you could possibly need. The kids loved having their own rooms and spent a lot of time at the pool. We were happy for the kids to explore the sight on their own ( 2 girls 10 and 12) and they meet up with friends.

We visited several of the beaches which were beautiful - get there early as they got really busy- and rented a boat to explore the bays.

We would defiantly visit again.

A true 'Oasis'

The park and villa are aptly named as they are both a true Oasis; a place to relax and enjoy this wonderful part of France. We have stayed at the villa for the last two years and it has everything you need. The outside decking area is such a bonus - quiet and private. The pool is delightful - warm, very well looked after and great for a late afternoon dip. I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa as it is obviously well maintained by the owners and am already looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic

The Parc oasis site is well situated just far enough away from the busy routes into St Tropez and Port Grimaud, but close enough for easy access at the right time of day. Whilst having its own attended pool and resturant the pine trees allow a degree of natural shading and screening. No 61 is a well positioned and beautifully appointed "Home" with all mod cons and soft furnishings to make any length of stay at anytime of year most enjoyable. A home from home n'est pas ? We have enjoyed two exceptionally good holidays at the apartment and will be visiting again without a doubt. Superb option for families.

ST TROPEZ and Sainte Maxime are only 3 miles from the house, there is plenty to see, endless little streets with wonderful boutiques and art galleries to explore and you will be spoil for choice when it comes to restaurants. Sit in one of the many 'cafe' along the quay side in St Tropez and admire the many super yachts that tie up in the harbour.

PORT GRIMAULD ‘the Venice of Provence’ is a only a mile from the house . The pretty port comprises of beautiful Provencal style fisherman's cottages standing gracefully along yacht-laden waterways. There are a good choice of restaurants , bars and a selection of boutiques.

SAINTE MAXIME is situated opposite St. Tropez in the bay. There is a larger town with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. You can take a boat trip around the bay taking in St. Tropez, Port Grimauld or Ste Maxime. For the golfers there are 3 golf courses all within 3 miles.
