A small house in the heart of St-Renan (ranked among the 'most beautiful detours in France ") recently restored under the direction of an architect mixing wood and stone, bright rooms where live family furniture and contemporary elements, a garden patio , all for the sake of well-being and harmony, are the ingredients of this house full of charm. The three bedrooms can accommodate 6 people

The house located in a no sidewalk alley and uncrowded the city center has two levels, the ground floor a separate room by living room-office room from the kitchen by a small corridor also offering a closet and access to WC; living room and kitchen each have a bay window overlooking the patio; the small corridor gives access to the stairs leading to the rooms; a large bedroom with double bed; a smaller one with twin beds; a bathroom is common to the two parts; the third bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom independently, small but very convenient; toilet on the landing.

  • The small adjoining bathroom has one of the room provides a nice comfort. It has a mirror shelf with washbasin and shower. The second bathroom revolves around the two other bedrooms and offers more space. It consists of a wooden cabinet with a large vanity and next is a beautiful Italian shower. An electric towel rail is fixed to the wall and also heats the bathroom in the summer.

  • 2 doubles, 2 singles, 1 cot. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a bed a two-seater offers the comfort of a particular bathroom. A second bedroom has two single beds while the third, very spacious with a double bed with a desk and installs a cot (everything needed for an infant is lent to you on request). Each room has a wardrobe with coat rack and you can also access the internet. Towels and sheets are provided and beds made on arrival.

A bay window provides access to the patio or wisteria and roses inviting you to lunch on the outdoor furniture or enjoy a nice barbecue. The dining room and the living room is also open to the patio. The living room has a TV and as in-room internet access. Individual toilets are located on the ground floor and upstairs. Chaleureux et agréable

Un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, une maison bien équipée et agréable. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Il ne reste qu'à défaire les valises en arrivant, tout y est. La literie est confortable, la maison est propre, au cœur du bourg de Saint Renan.

Besser geht's nicht

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl, auch wegen des freundlichen Empfangs. Bei herrlichstem Wetter hatten wir 17 sonnige Tage in der Bretagne - fünf von fünf möglichen Sternen ist meine Bewertung.

Besser geht es wirklich nicht.

ACCUEIL CHALEUREUX

La maison est magnifique et très bien rénovée. Mais le plus de cette location est l'accueil, je n'ai jamais eu un aussi bon accueil, tout est pensé pour votre séjour vraiment c'est génial. Les lits étaient faits le linge de toilette fourni, les produits d'entretien etc....

Pour ceux voyageant avec un enfant en bas âge tout est prévu lit parapluie chaise haute baignoire bébé vraiment que du bonheur.

Les propriétaires sont vraiment à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'avons pas été obligés de charger nos valises à ras bord !

Il est très rare d'être chouchoutés de la sorte !

La prochaine fois que nous séjournons à Saint Renan nous y retournerons c'est sûr !

History: Former royal and ducal Seneschal, Saint Renan, last medieval town side of the world has kept the past legends and beautiful old houses. Became Royal in 1532 when connecting Duchy of Brittany to the kingdom of France (marriage of Anne of Brittany Charles VIII and Louis XII), the Court of Justice renanaise is transferred to Brest in 1681 by order of Louis XIV decided to the great port of Brest Ponant. This is the beginning of the emergence of Brest but Renan St retains its charm, its historical heritage and its extraordinary market on Saturday.
