Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, Master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 comprising of two 3ft single beds that can be joined together to make a large double bed, built in wardrobes with shower room off the hallway. Spacious Lounge/diner comprising of large sofa, dinning table TV ,DVD player & Wifi . Patio doors leading onto the balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking the communal gardens. Stairs leading up onto a large private secluded roof terrace ideal for that early morning cuppa, sunbathing, barbecues and watching the sun go down at the end of the day.  Large communal pool and paddling pool with life guard on duty throughout the season and set in beautifully well maintained gardens.  Secure Underground parking space. Across the road from the apartment is a 9 hole golf course with bar and restaurant, entertainment is provided a couple of times a week. The local sandy beach is a 15 minute stroll away and there you will find a couple of fantastic beach bars and restaurants. Other beaches can be reached walking further along the promenade to Sabinillas and the lively Puerto Duquesa where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and a buzzing nightlife. The lovely town of Estepona is a short bus ride away or if you prefer there is also a local taxi rank that is very reasonable. Ideally situated for golfers of all standards with the famous Finca Cortesin golf course and spa hotel next door to the complex.

My partner and I live in Surrey and we have six grown up children between us. We have had many holidays in Spain so decided to buy our own place in the sun!

Why The Owner chose Casares

We bought this property in February 2016 as it is on a quiet and peaceful complex but not too far away to local amenities such as the local sandy beach with a couple of chiringuitos (bars) providing great food. The apartment is ideally situated for visiting local towns and 30 minutes drive from Gibraltar.

What makes this apartment unique

Fantastic private secluded roof top terrace. Perfect for sun bathing during the day, bbqs in the evening - and watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. Lovely maintained gardens and large communal pool with additional kiddies pool. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning and all amenities. Close to the lively Puerto La Duquesa or a short taxi ride to the town of Estepona.

Fabulous relaxing apartment

Such a great find. We had a wonderfully relaxing week in this lovely apartment which is very well equipped and clean. So well placed for access to fab beaches, restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to Estapona. So easy from the airport at Gibraltar, only 30 minutes in the car. Plenty of supermarkets nearby, lots of great golf courses too. The golf club across the road, literally 5 minutes walk, is very handy for drinks and food.

Fantastic, well equipped apartment in a lovely location.

We had a fantastic holiday staying in this apartment. Well equipped and perfect lay out for a relaxing break. The pool is a good size, close to the apartment and very clean and set within beautiful grounds. Resorts close by with lots of great restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment and owners Theresa and Dave were very helpful giving us lots of details about the local area. Sad to be back home now but will definitely book again.

Everything was perfect

Everything was clean and tidy. Communcation was perfect. Nice size apartment and pool. Welcome goodies were a nice touch.

Only downside for us a family with young children in prams was not really walking distance to shops etc taxi or car is required which we probaly should have checked before but other than that perfect

Totalmente recomendable. El apartamento esta en una urbanización al lado de un campo de golf, con grandes zonas verdes y estupendas piscinas para adultos y niños. Esta a unos 800 metros del mar pero se puede aparcar cerca de la playa. El apartamento esta muy nuevo, con menaje suficiente y muy cómodo. Cuenta con una terraza y una azotea enorme con barbacoa. El trato y la atención de Theresa ha sido muy cordial y diligente. La zona es muy bonita y tranquila y la playa no esta muy masificada para ser agosto. Volveremos
