Hello Patricia, My name is Icha, Cahyo's wife. We are from Indonesia and arrived in your apartment on March 30,2016. I love your apartement. Really love. Very comfortable apartment! ^_^ Thanks. So, when will you visit Indonesia again? Especially Yogyakarta and Bali.
Like all apartments in Paris, it is small, however, that adds to the charm. Patricia welcomed us warmly and gave us all the help and information we needed. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the beds comfortable, wifi connection was very good.
The location is perfect. Many points of interest are within walking distance. The thing we loved most was the street Rue Montorgueil, about 50 mtrs from our front door. It has cafes, restaurants, bakeries, fruit shops, fish shops and much, much more. We felt totally immersed in typical french living when we strolled along this vibrant Rue.
If you want a well priced apartment, close to everything but typically French, this is it. I highly recommend it.
We had a great stay for 4 nights at this centrally located property. The nearby street was charming and provided everything we needed -- market for groceries, coffee shops, cheese shop, bread shops, etc. Close to Gare du Nord , Opera, and Notre Dame. Only a five minute walk to the closest Metro stop. The apartment itself was smaller (as you'd expect in a city center) but very comfortable for four of us and had everything we needed; note that although there are sufficient beds for five persons it would have been a bit tight if we had our other family member with us. Patricia was easy to work with prior to and after booking, and she provided a lot of information on Paris after we checked in. Definitely will stay here again when we return to Paris.
We were three adults in this apartment with location, easy access to markets, cafés, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean linens. The shower was clean and there was plenty of hot water. However, we rated this a 3 star because we felt the kitchen needed a thorough cleaning. There was a food cupboard that had a half loaf of bread, a jar of instant coffee that had just a little bit coffe and looked like it had been here for months! The sugar bowl lid was dirty with finger prints. Both coffe makers were dirty. The counter tops were wooden and we didn't feel like they were clean, so we did not cook. The WC too, had fingerprints around the door knob. We had been traveling for 6 weeks and out of all the apartments we've rented, this one felt lived in. We would recommend the owner pull everything out of the kitchen cupboards and counter, and do a thorough cleaning. Also, provide a stand or something where we could put our backpack and small suitcase on to work out of. Having them on the floor required us to step over them to get to the bed.
The apartment is ideally situated less than half a block from the gastronomic playground of Rue Montrogrueil, yet it is very quiet. Two adults and two young children ages 7 and 4 stayed three nights. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had a washer/dryer, microwave, stove, sink, etc. It is very compact but a good value. Patricia met us upon arrival and was very helpful.
We visited Paris on March 12 and we stayed 4 nights.
The location is fantastic and the suite is great, it has everything that you need, very clean and Patricia was so helpful. We had a fabulous time.
Patricia: thank you so much we had a wonderful time.
