It is a beautiful new 100m2 semi-detached house with 200m2 of garden and terrace, intended for holiday rental (registration number in the General Tourist Register: A-38/4, 2256) and that meets all the legal requirements demanded by the Spanish state.
It is located in a secure residential area with gardens and access to 3 perfectly maintained swimming pools, one of them special for children.
The house is located in the coastal area known as La Quinta belonging to the municipality of Santa Ursula with magnificent views of both the Teide and the sea. It is a really spacious, elegant and modern house made with quality materials.
The rooms on the top floor offer views of the mountains and the sea. The house has a private garden of 200m2 oriented both south and north, which guarantees maximum use of the sun both in the morning and in the afternoon. It also has a large terrace with furniture, to enjoy the outdoors and its garden.
It is a good option for families, since the house has 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for leisure.
Only 3 minutes by car is the center of Santa Úrsula where there are several supermarkets such as LIDL or Mercadona (with good value for money), two gas stations, several pharmacies as well as a large number of bars and restaurants. La Quinta is an area that has an ideal temperature throughout the year, warm in winter and reasonably cool in summer. It is also highly recommended to do some walking around the place, as there are some trails and nice "viewpoints" to sit and admire its sea views. La Quinta has a very good connection with the TF-5, making it an ideal place as a base for multiple excursions throughout the island of Tenerife. The famous tourist city of Puerto de la Cruz is located about 10 minutes away by car.

Fabulous holiday home, living with the locals.
We had a fabulous stay. It started with a very warm welcome from Erica, who explained all the necessaries and gave us a good list of the must see's and do's during our holiday. The house was very clean and very well equipped with all the necessaries for those on holiday, very spacious and comfortable. The beautiful garden had room for the children to play and the adults to relax, without getting in the way of each other. The communal pool was pristine, although for our Dec/Jan trip it was too cold to swim, the kids gave it a go though! The neighbouhood is residential and very quiet. Very easy access to all amenities and many good restaurants. A great place to base yourself for discovering the beautiful island of Tenerife. A car is essential.
We hade a wonderful vacation on the island. The area is beautiful! And the weather was perfect.
Beautiful apartment with a fantastic garden. Big terrace with ocean view. Great pool area, very clean. The apartment was also very modern, fully equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. The host are very nice and helpful. Quiet area. Car is a must! We can fully recommend the apartment and gladly be back again next time we are at Tenerife

New appartment with a nice garden
Great place to spend your vacation. The appartment is equiped with all you need. We had the pool area for ourself during the stay and the suroundings are quiet - execpt for all the barking dogs. The nearby city - Santa Ursula - has many good restaurants and super markets.
Places to go are:
Porto Cruz (Loro Park), the Anaga forrest and offcause Tiede.
La casa esta perfecta. La residencia y las piscinas estan estupendas. Vista preciosa sobre el mar. La localidad de Santa Ursula es, y de lejos, la mejor de Tenerife. La zona es verde y la costa preciosa y cerca del teide.

Gerieflijke woning in een rustige wijk.
Heel geschikte uitvalsbasis om verschillende delen van het eiland te bezoeken (wel een auto nodig). Gelegen in een rustige wijk met het gemeenschappelijk zwembad (nooit te veel volk) kortbij.
St. Ursula is a municipality in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the island of Tenerife.
La Quinta is part of the municipality. Because it is a coastal area, situated on top of a cliff, its climate is much warmer than the rest of St. Ursula.
The property is very well connected and is in an exclusive residential area.
The municipality is endowed with many stores, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, etc.
By car it is located about 10 minutes from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. At a distance of 9 km. The center of La Orotava is also 9 km away.
