We are offering a gorgeous property with two double ensuite rooms available and which has been fitted out with the latest in home automation technology together with a beautiful kitchen and parquet floor.
The property includes a utility room offering ample storage and American style fridge freezer - the bespoke kitchen includes a smaller chefs fridge for ready supplies and a large seven burner / four oven range; the kitchen really is a chefs dream as it offers ample preparation space whilst being open plan to the dining room to ensure that it is lovely and social.
Luxuries include underfloor heating over the ground floor and heating controllable from mobile phone apps together with a wired in sound system that can be controlled via the wifi.
Upstairs there is one of the double rooms which has a gorgeous ensuite with underfloor heating and there is a third double on the top floor that includes an ensuite and small seating area for a private lounge.
Outside there is a large garden with tiled patio and built in bespoke hand crafted wooden seating area, outdoor kitchen/BBQ area and a hot tub together with lawned space.
Please note this property is suitable for mature groups or families only as we have a no parties policy following a bad experience on Air b'n'b.

A very modern spacious house - short walk to tube station, owner was easy to communicate with (arranging arrival / leaving time / street parking permit etc)

Very nice stay
Quiet neighbourhood, very comfortable and beautifully decorated home. Nice garden. Close to tube station. A few teething issues (the house really is just renovated), but I'm sure those will be taken care of quickly. The owner reacts very fast to mails. Parking license is available upon request. Deposit was paid back quickly. Would stay here again.
