We enjoyed 11 days in this comfortable and well equipped little bungalow. Lovely and cool inside and the perfect patio with a place to sunbath and a nice shaded area to get out of the sun.
Couldn't find a more convenient location to spend our holiday, close to everything you need and more.

We loved staying in this well equipped and comfortable bungalow. We had fab weather and enjoyed a lovely BBQ with super fresh fish from the shop at the port. The patio table was a lovely place to entertain our guests and the local supermarket is well stocked and reasonably priced. The patio area is out of the wind and has good shade for when the sun is really hot.
We got the bus from the airport which is an incredible 3.30 euros each way and stops near the ferry port. Can't wait to go back :)

Very comfortable, well furnished, clean, well equipped and ideally situated. We felt very secure in this quiet gated community which is in the perfect location. Walking distance to shops, town, harbour and beaches, yet away from it all. My elderly Mother required wheelchair access and with private parking right outside we had no issues, but you could easily stay in this villa without a car.
I particularly enjoyed the private pool on site, not even a minutes walk away from our door and only ever met one other person there. It was always a pleasant end to a perfect day.
We enjoyed many of the restaurants in Playa Blanca, visited the Marina Rubicon for the market and a meal, walked the coastal path, liked the beach and sheltered swimming at Playa Flamingo, took a ferry to Fuerteventura and visited some of the other tourist sights of the Island. The 'Spar' accross the street was a blessing and very reasonably priced.
The response from the owner to our enquiry was prompt as we were unsure wether to book our flights or accommodation first. They made booking very easy and communication was by email and post.
I would most definitely recommend this property for a quiet stay with easy access to all that Playa Blanca has to offer.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war prompt und unkompliziert, er hatte alles gut organisiert, sogar als der zugeschickte Schlüssel nicht bei uns ankam. Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Wohnanlage, die gut gesichert ist. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig (besonders gut fanden wir einen Tresor), das einzige, was uns Deutschen gefehlt hat, war eine Kaffeemaschine, sonst war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Mit einem Trichter und Filtertüten konnten wir uns aber gut behelfen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Überholung gebrauchen, aber nichts davon hat unseren Urlaub beeinträchtigt. Ideal war der Supermarkt gegenüber der Anlage, in den Ort mit seiner hübschen Strandpromenade und einer Fülle an Geschäften und Lokalen gelangt man in ein paar Minuten. Die ortsnahen Strände sind sauber und gepflegt, in geschützten Buchten gelegen, auch für Angsthasen gut zum Schwimmen. Die Papagayostrände sind zwar noch reizvoller, aber nur über eine endlose Rubbelpiste zu erreichen.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote und kommen gerne wieder.

The Villa is situated close to the heart of this delightful village in the South of Lanzarote. The shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all within a short walk. There is a sea view over the bay to the outstandingly beautiful beaches of Papagayo, which are only a short drive away, or why not make a real day of it and take a water taxi from the near-by harbour? Here you can also take a ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The incredible volcanoes of Timanfya are also within easy reach, as are most of Lanzarote's other attractions.
