The property was really nice, clean, had everything we needed, and it was very cosy.
We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay than at Peter's place.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area with local places to eat and drink the local Italian restaurant which is over the road from the apartment is a must we were made to feel really welcome and the owners are really nice people and the food is excellent.
Getting about into Rome from the apartment was easy, it was a stones throw away from the underground which we used everyday and it was well worth it.
We couldn't have picked a better place to stay Peter is a really nice guy at the end of a phone if we needed to contact him and i absolutely recommend his apartment.
On our last day Peter was good enough to take us back to the airport for our flight home.
We will definetly be returning to Peter's place.
Lovely cosy apartment close to the metro
We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and it had everything we needed for our stay. Peter was incredibly helpful picking us up from the Termini station after our flight and advising us on how to get around. He also gave us a great Italian restaurant recommendation with 10% off which we used. The rooms were spacious enough for 2 people although we found the shower a little small. Good amount of fridge space and teabags in the cupboard which were much appreciated! The apartment was less than a 5 min walk to the Lodi Metro station which came in very handy for getting around Rome quickly and cheaply. Overall a good choice in somewhere to stay!
Wonderful host & great apartment!
I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 2 nights while in Rome. Peter is a gracious host who picked us up from the airport and gave us lots of information about the city and how to get around in it. The Metro is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is very clean with big windows. It's in a safe neighbourhood. There is a supermarket within walking distance and restaurants too. We took the Metro to the Colosseum (but you can walk) and then we walked to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Vatican and took the Metro back. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.
Very clean and in a good location
We had a great 4 night stay in Rome. Peter was able to pick us up from the train station and give us some good tips on getting around town. Great restaurants nearby.
Very clean, well designed modern apartment in a great area
Peter is a perfect host. Great communications, checking to see that everything is ok, and taking us to the station on departure. The area is perfect for a week's stay. Nearby Street market, supermarket, direct buses into the centre and to Vatican or walk to the centre in 30 minutes. Highly recommended.
Peter is the perfect host, apartment ideally placed for public transport or walk into centre.
Our first trip to Rome but hopefully not our last. Peters communication all along was just great, very helpful and was waiting for us at the flat. There’s Metro stops and buses 5 mins or so from the apartment. The flat is in a safe residential area with restaurants, a very good supermarket and other all close by. The flat had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The Colesseum is about a 35 min walk or so. We walked for first two days and eventually trusted in the local buses which we found were very reliable and cheap and it saves your feet big time. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Peters apartment again. We caught the regional train (FR1) from Fiumicino airport to Tuscolana station which was only 8 Euro each and took about 40 mins, apartment is then just a few streets away, about a 15 min walk, however Peter will happily pick you up from either Tuscolana or Termini by arrangement.
