The View consists of three ground floor rooms in part of the stunning Victorian house, built in 1906. Set in a commanding position featuring a colonial style veranda and large lawn with far reaching Cornish countryside and sea views that will take your breath away. It is the perfect getaway retreat for two.

Bedroom and Bathroom ...

There is a comfortable, garden facing, king-size bedroom along with a bathroom including spa bath and rainfall shower over.

Towels and locally made herbal infused toiletries are included.

For Relaxing ...

There is a open plan kitchen and living area with the dining area within a pentagon shaped bay window that offers some truly spectacular countryside and sea views towards Widemouth Bay, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast, watching the weather systems in action!

The living area has a TV with DVD player and HiFi System.

Practicalities ...

The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic touch hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Access to a tumble dryer is nearby along with a selection of DVDs and books, located next to the pamper room.

Outside ...

The colonial style veranda is great for couples to sit back and watch time go by, while admiring the spectacular views. There is parking near the property.

Padstow and Rock (50 mins drive approx) famous for their fishing and beauty are nearby as are historic Boscastle and Tintagel (25 mins drive approx) with quaint villages such as Trebarwith Strand. Travelling north you come to Welcombe Mouth, the picture postcard village of Clovelly (30 mins drive approx). Inland are the moors, Jamaica Inn, Bodmin (50 mins drive approx), and across to Plymouth , Falmouth, Fowey (75 mins drive approx).

The village of Marhamchurch is just a short stroll away with its pub/restaurant, The Bullers Arms and community shop. There are plenty of walks in the area that can be enjoyed such as the Hele Valley Trail which joins onto the idyllic canal path that leads to the seaside town of Bude (two miles away). If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, the walk extends to encompass the rugged coastline from the town, back towards the village, where The Wier (tea room and bistro) is situated. Perfect for couples looking to relax and admire the view overlooking the lake. The charming seaside town of Bude, two miles away, has a selection of good quality shops, fine restaurants and public houses. The Stable Barn is also ideally located if you intend to visit other popular Cornish towns, such as Rock, Padstow (35 miles), Port Isaac (25 miles) and Boscastle (15 miles).
