Recent apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 200 m from the beach (we are the first owners).

Within walking distance from the beach and tram that takes you in 15min in Alicante city center, along the 8km beautiful promenade where love jogging, walking and cycling. Or direction of Villajoyosa with its picturesque brightly colored houses and atmospheric restaurants. Public transport is developed perfectly (tram / bus), so car hire is not necessary.

In the immediate vicinity there are bars and restaurants and there are shops (convenient shopping trolley available) with Dia and Consum supermarket that are perfectly accessible on foot.

The apartment has a contemporary Scandinavian design, with all modern amenities. The living room has a comfortable dining and sitting area with 40 'curved Samsung LED TV / radio, with dozens of European and international channels (d. A. BE / NL / UK). There is high-speed fiber Internet / WIFI throughout the whole apartment with range up to the pool (free use).

The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and A +++ new appliances: microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer. Water and energy include rent (normal use).

The master bedroom has 1 double bed with large sliding closet and an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin with mirror and towel rack. The other bedroom has two single beds and a comfortable sliding closet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, towel, light oak cupboard and mirror. The use of linen is free.

The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the communal pool, the sea and the green zone. You can have breakfast here or quiet at night chill delicious with a glass of cava. Each room has built-in air conditioning and all windows have shutters. There is an underground garage with a lockable garage (free). The whole complex is wheelchair friendly.

All facilities are within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants (from 10eur for a menu to dine classy), pharmacy, tearoom, ice cream shop, fish shop (super quality!), Restaurants, bars, bus and tram.

Golf at 1km.

Hypermarket Carrefour, KFC, McDonalds and gas stations at 2-3km.

The apartment is located on the border between the lovely El Campello and lively Playa de San Juan.

El Campello is a typical Spanish seaside town located between Alicante and Calpe / Benidorm, which are easily accessible for a day trip with the ultra modern, inexpensive tram or car.

By the sea is a beautiful promenade in Gaudi style with cozy cafes and restaurants.
