About the property

For your holidays in summer and winter, I suggest you rent my cottage, located on the "Versant du Soleil" of the Tarentaise Valley, just 10 minutes from Bourg-Saint-Maurice and 20 minutes from the ski resorts Arcs and La Plagne.

The cottage is ideally situated for you to enjoy all mountain activities in every season. For your peace of mind, it is on the edge of a charming Savoyard village, in the middle of alpine pastures, while being 10 minutes from all services. You get a splendid view of the peaks of Tarentaise: Mont Pourri, Bellecôte, Aiguille Rouge, Aliet ...

In winter, you are close to the biggest ski resorts (Les Arcs, La Plagne, La Rosière, Tignes, Val d'Isère ...). Cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing roam the acres from the village.

In summer, they are countless hiking trails await you around the cottage, for walking a few minutes to a few days! A Bourg Saint Maurice and its surroundings, find all the summer activities (biking, water sports, paragliding ...)

This chalet is perfect for groups up to 7 people. It is made up of

- 3 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and equipped with TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds

- 2 bathrooms: 1 Italian shower in the bedroom on the ground floor, a bathroom with Italian shower and large bath on the floor

- 2 separate toilets (ground floor and floor)

- Living room with TV, home cinema, as well as a stove and a stock of wood (additional wood is available for sale if necessary)

- Fully equipped kitchen (5 burner piano, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all cooking utensils)

- Large terrace with sunbathing, barbecue, parasol

- 2 parking spaces near the chalet

Wi-Fi internet access is also available. Board games you are also available!

If necessary, a baby high chair and an umbrella bed can be put at your disposal to prevent you from transporting it.

The cottage is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner.

The rental of bed linen is offered for 50 € extra.

To discover and enjoy Savoyard gastronomy, a restaurant is less than 2km away.

The perfect home from home.

Stayed here as a family of 4 for a weeks skiing in Les Arcs. The chalet was perfect, beautifully presented to a very high standard. Very well equipped kitchen, cosy fire in the lounge area. Heated floors are a real luxury especially after returning from a day on the slopes. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms finished to an equally high standard. Boris met us at the Station and despite our delay and very late arrival was very helpful transferring us to the house and explaining everything to us. Boris was easily contactable during the week should we have needed any assistance. Highly recommend this beautiful home in the alps and would really love to return during the spring/summer months. You do need a car to get around and if you are going for the skiing would recommend driving to Les Arcs 2000 approx 45 minutes rather than the funicular and transfer bus. Thank you Boris & Thomas for looking after us.

Amazing and Fabolous Stay

Words can not describe how pleasent our stay was. Owner was very helpfull, gave all the advice that we needed with ski areas, travel conditions. Felt like at home.

Chalet has plenty of room and all the modern equipment that you might imagine.

A truly wonderful experience in a beautiful chalet

We go to the Alps in Summer very frequently, often 3 or 4 times per year. As you can imagine during this time we have stayed in many chalets and so we feel that we can say with some conviction that this one has been the best to date.

The property is decorated to an extremely high standard of comfort and has good size rooms and a very well appointed kitchen. The chalet is in a lovely, peaceful location on the edge of a little village and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The balcony and outside furniture allow you to fully enjoy this wonderful vista.

We can't say enough good things about this fabulous place, it really was a very memorable and enjoyable experience and the chalet is a true credit to it's owner. Boris, the owner, allowed us the use of the garage, which was fantastic for our motorcycle and bicycles.

Communication with Boris and his family both beforehand and at the end of our stay was enjoyable, timely and very easy as he speaks excellent English.

We will most definitely return. 6* stars !
