Located in the peaceful countryside between Corotelo and Bordeira, this three-bedroom property is situated amongst its own attractive gardens and enjoys stunning views of the surrounding area.

Casa Da Paz is accessed through electrically operated gates from a tarmac road, the grounds are fully fenced and the villa has an alarm, shutters and a small safe for storing personal items.

Casa Da Paz is set over two floors and offers spacious, well furnished accommodation throughout. From the lounge, doors lead out to a covered terrace which provides gated access to the private pool and sun terrace which is ideal for families with young children.

The terrace is complete with full patio furniture and sun loungers a built-in barbecue can be found on the terrace outside the kitchen and the private pool can also be heated at an extra charge.

Casa Da Paz is situated on the edge of a small quiet village with the local bar and cafe only 5 minutes walk away and is between Sao Bras and Loule (5-10 min drive) which have numerous restaurants and supermarkets.

The garden has orange and lemon trees, perfect to pick and add to your Gin & Tonic while sitting on the terrace admiring the views over the valley.

We as a family have been holidaying in the Algarve for the last 15 years, we have always been on the look out for our own home in the sun and now we have found it in Casa Da Paz.

We chose this property as it had everything we were looking for in a home from the nice sized rooms indoors to the lovely outdoor space and of course the pool, it is in a lovely setting for us as it is nice and peaceful with gorgeous views over the valley but not isolated and is only a few minutes drive to restaurants and shopping facilities

Nice and peaceful without being too remote, perfect if you like your peace and quiet but with easy access to all the Algarve has to offer, it is wonderful sitting out on the terrace at night and watching all the lights in the valley.

                                            • Notes on accommodation: The veranda overlooking the pool is fenced and gated, making it a safe area for small children away from the pool. Also the balcony off the Master Bedroom has a lockable gate which provides a safe area for children from the steps leading down to the pool. We can provide baby equipment upon request (eg. travel cot, highchair and stairgate). There are also some videos, toys and books for young children. Outside: Outside is the private (9m x 4m)swimming pool which can be heated (at an extra charge), a built-in barbecue and large terrace facing the hills. The patio area is equipped with rattan furniture set, garden table, chairs, parasols and sunloungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are provided with exception of pool and beach towels. Maid Service: towel and linen change midway on a 2 week stay.

                                              Restful (unseasonably hot for October!) holiday.

                                              Love this house, (stayed before), and loved the changes that Sue & Mike have made so far, lighter and brighter and lovely garden furniture. Peaceful setting, beautiful view by day and night. Very romantic with twinkling lights in the hills, and candles burning with a chilled glass of vinho verde (or three). When you can drag yourself away from the divine pool, Tavira is a lovely old town with a good choice of restaurants serving fresh and delicious local food. And the local "chicken" restaurants are absolutely brilliant fun (especially on a Sunday!). We are back next year without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you Irene for keeping the house spotless. Was good to see you again. And thank you Sue and Mike for your all of your help.

                                              Casa Da Paz was exactly as described and is exactly as the pictures show, in short, perfect in just about every way. The villa was spotless and had everything needed for a relaxing holiday, wonderful heated pool, spectacular views over the valley. It is very well located for the airport, beaches and supermarkets. We will definitely be returning!

                                              We have just returned from Casa da Paz after having one of the best holidays in The Algarve. The villa has stunning views and a beautiful pool. Inside there is everything you need for a home from home holiday. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Casa da Paz is in a really good location to explore the east and west Algarve. A short distance by car to wonderful beaches and good restaurants. Sue and Mike were so helpful right from the first contact when booking until after we arrived home. Nothing was too much trouble. There is lots of information about the area in the villa. Everything is kept to a high standard and well maintained. Casa da Paz exceeded our expectations. Thank you Sue and Mike.

                                              An outstanding villa for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. Rural location with glorious views but easy driving distance to all amenities, beaches, places of interest and lovely local restaurants and bars. Villa is exactly as it appears in the photos, very well maintained, spotlessly clean and owners are very responsive and provide a great welcome pack.

                                              A lovely modern villa in a style sympathetic to local architecture. Very well situated for car drivers, with easy access to the coast as well as the Algarve hinterland. The kitchen is very well-equipped. There is a small shop 10 minutes' walk downhill which is useful, and good restaurants within 10 minutes' drive.

                                              The pool is lovely and well-maintained. On sunny days you have a choice of sun or shade all day. A very relaxing place to lie around and read all day (and plenty of books on the shelves indoors!).

                                              If you want complete rural seclusion then be aware the road is nearby, but it's a small rural road with only occasional traffic, and the property is well-gated. It's all exactly as shown in the pictures, no hidden surprises.

                                              This is a fantastic villa with magnificent views across the valley. Mike and Sue have thought of everything, I don't think we have ever stayed in a better equipped villa. The villa was clean, comfortable and homely with a lovely welcome pack waiting for us that was very much appreciated.

                                              The pool area has loungers, comfy sofas and a table and chairs for al fresco dining, there is also another dining area by the BBQ with a huge unberella that we ate lunch at. There are fruit trees by the pool and we picked a lemon or two for our drinks.

                                              The villa is well placed for a number of local villages including, Sao Bras, Estoi and Loule, and there are a number of good restaurants within a 15 minute drive.

                                              I really can't say enough good things about this villa. Thanks Mike and Sue for letting us stay in your wonderful holiday home.

                                              Coast/Beach: The coast is 20 minutes drive away with some of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches. Vale do Lobo- Watersports, lifeguards, restaurants Quarteira Beach- Blue flag, lifeguards, watersports Loule Velho Beach- Access through pine woods, quiet atmosphere Travel: The villa has easy access to motorway making exploring other areas of the Algarve very accessible and it is minutes away from all main routes to the Algarve, Lisbon and Spain.The nearest airport is Faro, just a 20 minute drive away. We would suggest hiring a car to make the most of your holiday and can recommend a hire company at very reasonable rates. Further Details: The villa is ideal for families seeking a quiet, very private location, but with easy access to the best beaches and holiday attractions (slide parks and Zoo Marine). The main market town of Loulé is about 8km away and restaurants are everywhere at a range of prices. Golf courses are in abundance.
