The enclosed garden facing south, away from view, offers a barbecue and an outside lean-to store your bikes. Children can play safely. In winter, you have the fireplace for a small outbreak.

This bright house in a quiet area in the city center with easy and free parking, close to all shops, is constituted of a kitchen to living room, 2 toilets, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160 and 2 beds 90, and an extra bed.

Aromatic garden with parsley, chives, thyme, oregano ... Cooking background, salt, pepper, spices, household pdts ... for you to travel light! In order for this service to continue, thank you travelers to replace products when you end the

Cleaning is done by yourself or charged. When heating is required, it is your responsibility (I note the counter, gas, about 25 € per week or less)

walks:

The GR34: known as the 'coastal path'. 19 km of coastal paths overlooking the sea, rocks or cut ribs ... and if you feel like it.

The Three Valleys (7 km): the start is 50m from the house, walking tour (1h30) or ATV (1 hour average) is at the car wash the car park of the station. Woodland and semi-urban succeed throughout this trip.

The Dorlett - Kérandon (6.5 km): this very nice family walk, strollers are welcome. From the car park, Robert Jan facing college avenue. 1:15 walk, 45 minutes by V. T. C. easy level.

The Moros (5.8 km): shaded itinerary around the lake of the Moros. Departure from the parking behind the church of Beuzec-Conq or the parking of the water station Brunec. 2 hours, medium level.

Circuit Lanriec, The Minaouët, Manoir du Bois (9.1 km): beautiful views along the stretch of sea crossings of Minaouët and beautiful wooded areas. Departure from the town of Lanriec opposite the cemetery. 2h walk, 1h V. T.T. easy level.

Excellent location, well presented and great host

Gwen was lovely and very helpful, meeting us at the property and offering plenty of suggestions for activity based upon our interests.

The property is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes from the covered market and Ville Close, but is on a quiet street and is very peaceful and relaxing. The beach is just over 10 minutes walk away. I think you'd struggle to find a better located house in Concarneau that is as tranquil and relaxing.

It was clean and very welcoming, with a large sunny living area. It was the perfect base for a relaxing stay and I would thoroughly recommend it to others.

Nice small house very close to the historical Ville close, very well equipped with all you need

A small house were you easily feel at home.

Well equipped with all you need - including dish washer, coffee machine, washing machine,......

Comfortable and big beds, nice small garden.

All of this just a few minutes walk to the Ville close.

There is no dedicated parking area, but we never faced issues to park our car at the road.

Owner is very friendly ask speaks English, also.

In case we visit Concarneau again - we will rent again.

Sehr zentral und ruhig

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral in Concarneau und es ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleine Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Haus. Er ist umgeben von einer hohen Mauer uns somit nicht einsehbar. Einen Parkplatz haben wir jederzeit direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Zu Fuß war man in 5 - 10 min zentral in der Innenstadt bzw. der Ville Close. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Platz war ausreichend vorhanden. Unsere Kinder habe sich sehr über die deutschsprachigen Fernsehprogramme gefreut. Gwen war sehr freundliche uns es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Concarneau der uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat.

Top-Lage in Concarneau

Das Haus von Gwen (einer sehr netten jungen Bretonin) kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es liegt absolut zentral, zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten bis zur Ville Close. Es ist sehr nett und vollständig eingerichtet, insbesondere die offene Küche mit Backofen, Gasherd, Spül- und Waschmaschine etc. Die Bilder sind nicht mehr ganz aktuell, in Wirklichkeit sieht es sehr viel ansprechender aus. Klasse sind auch der Garten und der Schuppen, in dem man gut Fahrräder abstellen kann. Die Straße vorm Haus ist nur tagsüber befahren, nachts ist es, auch dank der Rollläden, sehr ruhig. Hier kann man sich auch längere Zeit sehr wohl fühlen. Merci, Gwen.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig (für 2 Personen). Es fehlte an nichts, die Einrichtung war aufeinander abgestimmt, sehr gemütlich. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Das einzige, was uns fehlte, war eine Garderobe, um Mäntel etc. aufzuhängen usw. Der Garten ist sehr klein, ein wenig "wild", aber für unseren Geschmack sehr schön. Die Gartenmöbel und Auflagen könnten allerdings erneuert werden. Alles in allem: wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt! Und sauber ist es auch.

Maison au calme très bien située.

Le quartier est calme tout en étant proche à pied des magasins et de la ville close ( à voir).

Possibilité de se garer et de ranger des vélos dans un débarras.

Nous avons également apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires.

La maison est propre et conforme au descriptif. Il y avait suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisine et du dépannage au cas où (sel, sucre, ...). La salle de bain est seulement un peu petite.
