As you enter the property there is a spacious reception area leading through to the eat-in kitchen equipped with all basic amenities. It has rustic, wooden surfaces, dark tiled floors and a centred table for four.Adjoining the kitchen at the rear is a light and airy living room with its access to the back garden. The exposed brick features and vaulted ceiling with wood beams, give it a country feel. The large back garden has a spacious green lawn lined with beautiful flowers and plants, a very special area for a property so close to the centre. There is also a decked area for al fresco dining during those lovely summer afternoons.
On the upper level, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom which is fitted with a large bath and fixed overhead shower. All three bedrooms are minimalist in style and light. The master bedroom has wooden floors and is furnished with a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has a single bed. The third room can accommodate two guests on its comfortable double sofa bed.
