Bright and spacious apartment completely renovated in May 2011. Equipment such as beds and sofa bed are new to ensure a very comfortable sleep. The sofa bed is in daily use, with a thick mattress with a open close "in 1 minute." The windows are new with the addition new electric blinds.
This apartment is functional, with a large balcony, offers without extra charges a private parking in the basement.
Very nice apartment, spacious, well equipped. Located close to a metro station, shops and restaurants. Excellent value for money.
Would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Paris.
A family of 6 (2kids with grandpa grandma mom and dad), the location is very convenient to access to metro and bus stop. There are supermarkets bakeries shop, Chinese restaurant, Thai restaurant and Japanese restaurant around here. Clean, tiny and fully furnished like you stay at home. Highly recommend!
A family of four (children aged 4 and 10 months), we stayed here in August 2012. I have nothing but praise: a nicely furnished apartment with plenty of space in a very quiet street in a nice area of the city, moments from the Metro at Gobelins and excellent bakeries. The electric shutters, quiet neighbourhood and excellent non-squeaky parquet floors meant that the children slept perfectly. The underground parking was great since we came in the car - being able to drive to Disneyland (30 mins) and the Cite des Enfants (20 mins) was great (the latter, by the way, is brilliant - our 4-year old thought it was the highlight of the holiday). We used the sofabed in order to give the kids separate rooms, and it really does take literally 10 seconds to pull out and put back. Also handy was the choice of supermarkets - Franprix on the Avenue des Gobelins and Carrefour in the other direction, both a very easy walk with shopping plus children. Paris got very hot while we were there - 40 degrees by the end of the week - but the apartment never got uncomfortable (those wonderful electric shutters helped again!). We would definitely consider returning here again in the future.
I stayed in Paris with four other roommates and found the apartment to have plenty of room for all of us. The property was well maintain and very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were close to the metro station and just off the main road so we did not hear the traffic. Many attractions were within walking distance or a short bus or taxi ride away. The bakery around the corner had excellent pastries and bread. We found three restaurants near us that had great food at a reasonable price. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family. Guy Lecomte, our property manager, was professional and personable to work with. Four stars!

Wir haben die Unterkunft im März 2012 gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Wohnblocks, in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (sehr praktisch). Raumaufteilung, Sauberkeit sowie die Wohnungsausstattung waren völlig in Ordnung (für Leute die gern kochen hätte die Küchenausstattung gerne etwas umfangreicher sein können). Das Sat-TV gibt jedoch nur französiche TV-Sender wieder. Die Organisation und Abwicklung waren problemlos, der Kontakt zu unserem Ansprechpartner war sehr nett.
The description and photos of the apartment were accurate. The foyer of the building is very easily accessed from the street. The entry to the very clean apartment is inviting and made a very good first impression. The lamps for incidental lighting complemented the cosy atmosphere. Central heating excellent.. Plenty of storage space both for luggage, clothes, books and other.
Kitchen more than adequate for preparation of meals for four adults, as was large bathroom. A separate toilet was a bonus. Having Christmas dinner at the apartment was easily managed; there was ample space in the fridge, and the excellent stove accommodated the large amount of food preparation. Proximity to markets made purchasing festive food a delight. We walked to Rue Mouffetard and Place Monge markets to buy the Christmas fare. The supermarket (Carrefour) at Italie 2 (Place d’Italie) was easily accessible on foot. There is also a very convenient Franprix supermarket around the corner from the apartment, and a good boulangerie is around the corner in the other direction (both on Avenue des Gobelins).
Proximity to two metro stations and bus routes provided access to transport to all parts of Paris. La Butte aux Cailles (dining recommendations: “Le Temps des Cerises”, and “Les Cailloux”)is within easy walking distance via the charming Square Rene Le Gall and the quaint Square Brassai.. Another rewarding, though longer, stroll is along Bvd Vincent Auriol eastwards away from Place d’Italie towards the Seine, to the Biblioteque Nationale de France Francois Mitterand, Cite de la Mode et du Design, Piscine Josephine Baker and the elegant Passerelle Simone-de-Beauvoir (footbridge across the Seine).
In a residential area away from tourists, yet still very convenient. This apartment gave us a truly Parisian experience. The only reason not to recommend it would be to ensure that it is available for us to stay in again! The owner provided us with very good service and was approachable throughout our stay.
You are at one metro station or 5 minutes walk from the picturesque district of MOUFFERTARD known for its narrow streets, street entertainment and numerous restaurants
The metro station "Les Gobelins" and the bus lines 27, 47 and 83 are at 300 meters and the mall with the "PRINTEMPS" department store, supermarket CARREFOUR and its 130 stores are at 500 meters.
If you come by car, access of the motorway surrounding Paris and the A6 access motorway ( to go to south ) are at 1 km
