About the property

Comfortable and spacious apartment for 4 people located in the bright, just 15 minutes walk from the city center, (Avd Great Captain) located in a quiet and close to many areas of interest urbanization.

The apartment has a kitchen, two bedrooms for 4 persons, dining room, bathroom, and pool (pool season ends on September 11, 2016).

The kitchen is ready for use, with everything you need, such as kitchenware, oven, microwave and many other kitchen appliances and utensils not to be surprised at all!;

The living room is spacious and cozy, has seating and LED TV 40 ", two sofas (2 and 3 seats), dining table, bluetooth speaker and air conditioning.

The two bedrooms, one with a double bed 135 and the other with two single beds 90 have fitted wardrobes, linen and air conditioning, indoor latter for the twin room.

The bathroom has everything you need, including towels, shower gel / shampoo, paper, first aid kit etc.

The apartment has been recently renovated to our taste, ie the taste of users homeaway who have ventured to hosting, so we hope that everything is to your liking and we can help as necessary to make pleasant stay possible.

The neighborhood

It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, in a good location to enjoy both the tranquility that transmits the mountains of Cordoba, as the historic center and monuments.

In the neighborhood you can find from the nearby small businesses, as a super for express shopping at the front door, or mercadona 5 minutes on foot, to purchase large areas of fashion and leisure foods such as center commercial la Sierra. (About 8 min walk) or theaters on board. As for catering there are several points attractive as is the Agora market in the brilliant 7 min walk Avenue, the street Mary the Jewess, opposite the Carrefour shopping center, where many traditional restaurant accumulate or gastrobar at a price / quality balanced and leisure center dash in theaters themselves, which has a variety of restaurants.

The apartment is located in one of the main thoroughfares of the city, El Brillante, located 15 min walk from the center of the city, or if you prefer there are bus stops and taxis to 3 min walk. Although you can also get to the downtown area and Old Town giving a pleasant walk along the road north and adentrántote in typical neighborhoods of narrow streets Córdoba.

What bus to take?

Lines 10 and 11 have direct communication center, and RENFE station.

The nearest the floor stops are 32 and 35 (Avda. E. bright Fdez. Márquez D. C), the first of them to go to the center and the second for a return to the floor.

Muy confortable . Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos . Magnifica atencion de Carlos, que nos facilitó guías para recorrer la ciudad y siempre estuvo a nuestra disposisión. Ya sabemos donde ir cuando volvamos a Cordoba .
