The apartment has finishes, precious objects and furniture. To ensure the preservation and integrity of the facility, upon arrival, at the time of delivery of the keys of the building, the host will provide the guest with a form containing a brief description of the state of the building, its facilities, structures annexes and goods contained at that date. The guest undertakes to subscribe to this form, except in any case his right to indicate in writing any observations.
- The Guest undertakes not to reproduce and / or deliver the keys to the Third Party and / or to disclose any third party access codes to the Third Party. The loss / break of the keys and / or locks will compensate for the cost of a new lock and of 5 new keyholes.
In addition, for the purposes of public security and compliance with the law, all guests are required to provide the identity card for the usual identification and subsequent daily communication to the Questura of arrival of the persons accommodated within the 'art. 109 of T. U.L. P.S.
In case of refusal, we will be obliged under the law to request the abandonment of the house without the return of the deposit.
